Job description

Victim Support is looking for a Digital Projects Officer to support the ongoing development and delivery of key digital projects. The post is fixed term for 12 months based in Old St Mellons, Cardiff.

Victim Support is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve.

This role sits within Communications and Governance, where you will be working in our small digital team to develop and enhance our digital services across the organisation.

The purpose of this role is to support the ongoing development and delivery of key digital projects and to deliver high quality content for our online audiences. You'll work closely with our local teams to roll out national digital projects to local service areas. As well as good project management capabilities, you'll be able to drive insights and improvements through data reporting and analysis.

You'll be experienced writing and editing content for digital platforms and using content management systems. As well as excellent interpersonal skills, you will be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.

Interviews will be scheduled for Wednesday 27 November 2019.
