Catering Consultancy Manager

This is an exciting time to join the Visitor Operations Consultancy at the RSPB and this role will be responsible for the implementation of the RSPB's Catering strategy across our reserves as well as contributing to the overall Commercial Strategy development and implementation.

This role will develop team work plans and provide specialist commercial expertise to support the Catering strategy. The role can be flexibly based however occassional travel will be required to our headquarters at The Lodge, Sandy in addition to general requirements for travel within the role.

This role will be integral as the consulting lead for all the catering workstreams increasing profitability, developing business cases for new catering outlets and systems as well as supporting new ways of working with operational teams across the UK.

This role is primarily setting direction across the RSPB's catering operation, bringing energy, commercial expertise and excellent relationship building skills to ensure future growth.
