About the opportunity
Corporate partnerships are critical to delivering our mission and ensuring we can support as many children and young people facing disadvantage to open doors to their future. The Philanthropy Team as a whole has a combined target income for the current year (2023-24) of £1.83 million (growing to £2.35m as our target for next year) of which approximately £850k is from corporate donors and their foundations. We have been successful year on year in increasing our fundraising base by building secure multi-year partnerships. We’re looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead on our corporate partnership activities and initiatives, including growing income from corporate partners as well as increasing the number of corporate volunteer tutor applications we receive from them. Working within our Philanthropy Team, the Corporate Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the line-management and development of two Corporate Partnership Coordinators, ensuring that, as a team, you meet your corporate income and volunteer application targets. Duties and responsibilities

C4WS Welfare Coordinator Advert 2024:
C4WS Homeless Project (registered charity, no 1189622) which provides support to people experiencing homelessness year-round, through a well-established winter night shelter in Camden, a lunchtime club, Jobs Club, mentoring scheme, hosting scheme and various other activities. We are passionate about helping people rebuild their lives after homelessness and working towards living independently.
What We Do:
Every winter, we work with a number of churches in the London Borough of Camden who offer their venues to us to run a night shelter. We operate from a different venue every night of the week, and run one circuit, accommodating 16 guests.
We provide camp beds and offer a hot evening meal. Our guests leave in the morning after a hot breakfast, ready to attend activities and meetings in our offices in Euston.
Advice and Support
Whilst the shelter operates seasonally, every winter, our team works year round, dedicated to offering advice, advocacy and practical support. This can be accessed by former night shelter guests, and via our weekly drop in, Friday Club. Guests can also access other services provided by C4WS including lunch, laundry and showers.
The Role:
Our small, dedicated team is looking for a Welfare Coordinator, to deliver holistic welfare support to all those who access our services. You will work alongside another member of the team to ensure that guests are supported both during and after their stay in the C4WS night shelter to ensure the stability of their move on.
You will possess a passion for working in the homeless sector, supporting those experiencing homelessness to rebuild their lives and ideally have direct and relevant experience of working with this demographic, or similarly vulnerable and/or disadvantaged groups.
As well as providing Welfare Support, you will also be a presence at the shelter for up to two evenings a week during the shelter season (November – March) including weekends, and you will need to lead a team of volunteers to ensure the safe running of the shelter on those occasions.

Role Overview:
The Community Development team deliver a range of programmes to improve the health and wellbeing of our communities. This post will work both internally across Enable and externally within our communities to raise funds to support our programmes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for writing bids/tenders and supporting colleagues and communities to develop fundraising skills.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Lead on bid writing and applications for Community Development/across organisation, ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are met
- Research future prospects from trusts and foundations, corporates and statutory sources
- Develop workshops and trainings to support internal and external partners in funding issues
- Develop a collection of case studies and staff profiles to support grant applications. Work with Marketing and Communications team to draft press releases from case studies

- 1-3 years fundraising or relevant experience (essential)
- Excellent research skills, which can be used to identify new funders, assess the external market, and understand our users’ needs
- Excellent written communication skills, including meeting word limits, writing creatively and persuasively, and creating accurate and informative reports

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Strategy, vision and impact [25%]
- Be at the forefront of leading Resurgo’s ‘big picture’ vision of a transformed society, empowering churches to transform young lives
- Build and implement a strategy for developing relationships with local referral agencies to ensure effective recruitment of young people onto the Spear programme
- Oversee the reporting of the Centre outcomes and ensure the Spear Programme is delivered in line with agreed targets
Leadership, line management and training [25%]
- Lead your team with confidence; spurring them on in Resurgo’s mission; invest in a team culture of excellence, belonging and fun
- Manage and develop the Lead Coach and Graduate Coach, using a coaching approach to invest in their growth and development. This includes weekly 1:1s, performance reviews and regular feedback
- Equip your team to drive change through a data informed approach, and keep them accountable to agreed targets for the Spear Programme
Relationship management [20%]
- Manage great relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including referrers, local businesses, donors, and your Board of Trustees
- Embed into your local church; working closely with your Spear Trustees and congregation, and actively participating in their mission and events
- Partner with the Spear Trustees and assist in implementing their funding strategy by helping to build corporate and donor relationships. For example, by hosting prospective donors in the Training Room
Delivery of the Spear Programme [20%]
- Support group and 1-1 coaching with numerous 16-24-year-olds: equipping them with practical work-ready skills and resilient mindsets
- Provide guidance to the Lead Coach in the training room when dealing with behavioural and safeguarding situations and upskill coaches with consistent coaching feedback
- Use a coaching approach to engage young people in challenging conversations that will enable them to take responsibility and over significant barriers to employment
Operations [10%]
- Liaise with relevant staff regarding site operations and work to resolve any issues as soon as possible, ensuring the office and training room are safe and tidy working spaces in line with health and safety policies

Office Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
The Office Coordinator position is responsible for the general day-to-day operations of the London, UK office. Due to the nature of this position, work must generally be performed within a 30 hours / week timeframe (M-Fri). This role is an in-office role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, with other duties upon request:
· General administration as required: call handling and forwarding, front door access controls, post management, post requests, staff access, etc.
· Support of facilities management: oversight of cleaning and maintenance contractors, management of office supplies and procurement, equipment maintenance requests, liaison with building management.
· Facilitating work from home set-ups and procurement and coordinating distribution to personnel as requested.
· Facilitating new starter set-up in collaboration with P&C (HR) & IT inclusive of onboarding, office orientation, etc.
· Responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, tidy, and professional office environment at all times.
· Ensuring the office is health and safety compliant and maintain a knowledge of UK regulations for workplace management.
· Manage any office security systems and accounts, fire drills, fire equipment maintenance, or required inspections. Maintain the fire safety equipment and ensure fire extinguishers are services and smoke alarms / detectors are functioning – conduct fire safety awareness training upon request.
· Manage corporate relationships and partnerships such as shipping vendors, office accounts, and more.
· Ensure the payment of facilities invoices within payment deadlines, including invoice tracking and coding.
· Manage and maintain key office supplies (including pantry supplies, office materials, first aid supplies, etc.). Inventory and maintenance of the storage unit.
· Manage the office access controls / visitor protocols of the office space and coordinate security enhancements / improvements upon request.
· Provides administrative support to the Grant, Contracts & Compliance Department in the coordination of contracts received to and shipped from the London office.
· Supporting staff in the office with questions, inquiries, and support needs.
