NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance

This qualification is ideal for anyone who is currently working in, or would like to work in an Information, Advice or Guidance setting. The course is open to both employed and unemployed learners (subject to eligibility requirements).  If you are employed, the course will give you an industry recognised IAG qualification and will make you evaluate your practice. If you are unemployed, you’ll get all the benefits of above, have a professional understanding of the sector and we may be able help you with a work experience placement to get some valuable experience as you learn. 

This course will give you a full overview in the world of Information, Advice and Guidance.  When you finish, you will be in a good position to work or volunteer in this sector supporting, coaching and guiding clients. If you are working, you will gain a nationally recognised professional qualification and will reflect on your practice and service delivery. Either way, all our participants say they learn a lot and many have gone on to get promotions and further their careers.
