Since then, organisations and practitioners have developed policies, practice and research which has largely focussed on prevention, protection and prosecution. Whilst the development has been substantial, in what ways have we actually reduced cases of child sexual exploitation and have we really improved the responses that children get from professionals?

This critical perspectives workshop is an advanced level knowledge exchange day for professionals in all different roles who see the value in exploring, critiquing and sharing insight into the current issues in practice in CSE.

Topics to be examined and debated during the day include the perception of victims and the interventions being used with children who have experienced CSE.
