Overview

Now, more than ever before groups must: prove the need for their services and evidence that they have made a difference.

Those attending this session will be able to

                Clarify the differences between monitoring, evaluation and impact 

               Understand the difference between, Output, outcome and impact

                 Understand how why it is important to have a plan for evaluation

                 Look at Quantitative and Qualitative measurements

                 Explore different evaluation methods, capturing data and feedback

Where possible we make our courses interactive... but they are always fun and you learn a lot.

Light refreshments, tea and coffee will be provided but you will need to bring your own lunch
