Overview

UpRising is a national youth leadership development charity. We are recognised at Government-level as a pioneering charity championing the critical issues surrounding diversity, social mobility and equality.

Our important work provides routes to leadership and employment for 16-25 year olds who have talent, but lack opportunity.

Fastlaners is our free, unique employability and personal development programme designed to equip 18- 25 year olds with the tools to get into meaningful employment. The 5 or 8 day programme takes place 3 times a year in London and Birmingham. The programme is delivered by a mixture of UpRising staff and external professionals from a variety of business organisations.

Our second programme starts in June 2018, happening in both regions.Throughout the programme we will build your employability skills through a series of:

  • And more!

Additionally you will then be offered 6 months worth of mentoring and support to help you follow your dream career path.
