Overview

A hands-on experience, interactive communication workshop. A session to create a real person of the organisation you work for. A morning to learn how your personality is enough to deliver an effective message and create a network. Add this to a compelling communication strategy design and you will have “Find your voice”: an interactive workshop that will boost communication skills. “Find your voice” is a collaborative training session aimed at bringing your ability to communicate to the stars. Drawing on the psychology of the body language, marketing concepts, philosophy of the other and personal experiences, you will work with your peers in an informal setting to learn the latest and most provocative tools on the market, such as: 

  • Lean Start-up Methodology applied to social media strategy design

Following the methodology used in the business sector, you will learn to create a strategy, test it and learn from the feedback you receive in order to improve it. This is a fast, innovative method, guaranteed to bring instant results 

  • Creation of organisation’s persona 

When working on a marketing campaign it’s important to know who you are selling to, what they look like, where they buy from. When communicating for an organisation, you need to know who you are, why you do what you do, what is your tone. You need to create a persona to give a voice to in your communication campaign 

  • Philosophy of the other applied to face-to-face networking

Observing the person talking to you, understanding their reactions and where they came from is a must for effective communication. You will learn how to better understand the person you want to connect to and increase your chances to create meaningful connections

  • Diversification of register for different audiences

We all speak differently whether we talk to our mums, partners, co-workers, bosses. Work-related communication is no different: we have a different audience on social media, offline, online. And we have different objectives. You will boost your ability to use effective communications based on your audience and your aims (fundraising, dissemination, call to action…) 

  • Internal communication for team empowerment 

Communication is not a role exclusively relegated to a person or a team. Each employee is a living messenger of the organisations’ beliefs and aims. How do you make sure everyone is empowered to represent your organisation? We will look at internal communication strategy and team development
