Fundraisers are getting used to a crisis - we've already dealt with the impact of austerity and GDPR, and we were just getting to grips with Brexit. But Covid-19 has had an unprecedented impact on funders, donors, philanthropists and companies in a very short space of time.
Understanding what's changed, what to do differently - and, equally importantly, what to keep faith with - will be crucial to maximising fundraising income as the UK takes the first tentative steps towards recovery.
