Overview

If you’re a Fundraising Manager, you may be aware the next step forward is a significant one. Is a leadership role right for you? Are you right for a leadership role?

The IoF Future Leaders Programme is designed for people like you. To become a good leader, you first need to know yourself. You’ll be introduced to tools, techniques and methods that help you recognise your strengths and develop your potential as a leader. Topics covered include everything from emotional intelligence to building a management team. You’ll learn how to manage people with a similar skillset, and get support from team members with complementary styles and approaches. The programme lasts six months with one full study day per month.

The goal is to help you become a confident, resilient and competent leader in a fundraising setting – and to become the best fundraiser you can be.
