Are you passionate and motivated around issues of sustainability and society? Do you see plenty of ways you could have a positive impact but not know where to start?
Do you want to build a career that aligns with what’s important to you?
Do you need help with where to start or how to sustain your efforts?

What to expect
The programme will commence with an opening workshop in London on Saturday 2nd February. We will spend the day investigating our purpose, values and skills through a range of tools, working in groups and individually. This will include support and challenge to understand both our underlying motivations as well as some of the blocks we put in our way.
Over the course of 9 weeks, we will explore our challenges and opportunities through fortnightly online group coaching sessions, exercises and practices.
We will close on Saturday 30th March with a second group workshop to develop skills, plan future actions and celebrate our achievements.
What you will leave with
- Greater clarity of your motivation, passion and values that draw you to develop a purpose-led career.
- Uncover and understand your skills and strengths that you will bring to future roles.
- Greater understanding of any self-limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.
- Proven tools to make your efforts in building the career you want more efficient and impactful.
