About this Event

• Break down common and popular misconceptions held by hiring managers about individuals with convictions.

• Facilitate discussion amongst hiring managers about the mostly untapped ex-offender talent pool.

• Learn how to interview individuals with a conviction including what a disclosure should look like and how to ask questions to ensure the relevant information is acquired at interview. Assess potential risks and make informed decisions when making an offer.

• Understand the benefits of a diverse workforce and facilitate thinking about what this might look like within their respective teams.
