Intermediate Certificate in Counselling Level Three Course

Overview

A CPCAB accredited tailor-made Christian Counsellor Training Programme integrating the Christian Faith with person centred counselling skills. The course integrates theory, basic counselling skills and the counselling process.

This course meets all the National Level 3 Certificate standards and criteria requirements, and is therefore suitable for both Christian and Secular counsellor training

What you will learn

The course integrates theory, basic counselling skills, counselling process and biblical theology.

The Student Centred Learning style mirrors the person centred model of counselling that is being taught, along with the developmental theory mirroring the psychodynamic aspects of the model.  Training sessions consist of a third group work, a third theoretical didactic teaching and a third counselling skills work.
