Introduction to Fundraising Online

Overview

The IoF Academy offers a one-day Introduction to Fundraising course which is for
people who are new to fundraising. If you’re contemplating a move into fundraising,
starting out as a fundraiser, working closely with fundraisers or taking on the role
of trustee, it gives you a grounding in the basics.

You’ll be introduced to the language of fundraising. You’ll learn fundraising is
governed by rules and needs to be carried out legally and ethically. You find out
about the practice of building a fundraising budget, and measuring and evaluating
the success of a fundraising activity.
