The training will run from 10.00 until 15.00 with short breaks and a longer lunch break.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This course is for anyone involved in running organisations, programmes, projects or campaigns who wants to better understand and articulate the work they do.  Attendees of this course are often responsible for internal monitoring and evaluation, strategy development, communications, or reporting on the value of their organisation’s work. Participants range from project managers to leaders of voluntary organisations and trustees. 

WHO RUNS IT? 

Shehnaaz Latif is a consultant at NCVO with extensive experience of impact practice and evaluation with hundreds of charities across the UK. Shehnaaz has over 18 years' experience in the sector and specialises in: theory of change making, developing monitoring frameworks, co-creating data collection tools, and carrying out independent evaluations including primary data collection, analysis and reporting. She has designed and delivered capability building programmes for grant officers and grantees from BBC Children in Need, Trust for London, Macmillan and the Nationwide Foundation. Shehnaaz has written blogs, led conference workshops and contributed case studies to InspiringImpact.org.
