Are you aged between 18-30, disabled, living in London and want to work in inclusive design related career?

Kickstart your career with funded training from the Centre for Accessible Environments' Pathways training programme The CAE Pathways Academy is the ideal starting point for anyone wanting to improve access for disabled people and create a more inclusive world.

The Pathways Academy from the Centre of Accessible Environments will give you the knowledge, skills and confidence for a career in inclusive environments and access. You will receive 22 days of training - delivered over 9 months from Oct 2021 with a further 3 months support afterwards into employment. The training is diverse on topics like the principles of inclusive design, access auditing, website accessibility, designing for neurodiversity and more. You’ll also get hands-on experience from shadowing an access professional. This is a funded project and to qualify you will need to be aged 18-30, have a disability, living in London and seeking long term sustainable employment with a passion for inclusion!
