Mental Health Awareness
Managing health, work and wellbeing is the responsibility of both the employer and the employee. At this session you will learn what the signs and symptoms are of common mental health problems like Anxiety and Depression and changes in behaviour which may occur if someone is struggling with their mental health.
Employers have a major role to play in encouraging good mental health at work and a culture of inclusiveness. Every employer depends on having healthy and productive employees – valued and supported staff are far more likely to deliver the best outcomes for your business.
