About you:

We’re looking for an experienced events fundraiser or someone with substantial experience in a comparable transferable field, with experience in project management and the end-to-end development and delivery of events.

You’ll be a confident communicator with strong marketing experience and focused on exceptional supporter experience whilst being accomplished at building great relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Combined with excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities whilst keeping to deadlines, you’ll bring your knowledge, creativity and new ideas to help continue to shape the future of our Bespoke Events team.

You will be adept at using data and insight to identify potential areas of growth and be a proactive self-starter, responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of the events you manage and be comfortable analysing performance and making recommendations for change where necessary.

The Role:

The UI/UX designer will be responsible for producing an effective, visually appealing and intuitive digital experience for our donors. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both UI and UX design, with a strong understanding of user-cantered design principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce user-centric engaging designs for our new website redesign and upcoming mobile application.

Reporting to the Creative and Brand Manager, you will also act as a guardian of our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

· Create high quality, engaging designs for the new website redesign and upcoming new mobile application which will allow us to better communicate and engage with our donors and potential donors. This is a key project for FY24, and will take up most of your time within this role – key tasks to support our digital transformation include but not limited to:

o Produce wireframes, flows, mock ups and prototypes which put the donor at the heart of the journey.

o Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing.

o Ensure consistency and brand integrity across all design elements.

· Collaborate with developers and marketing professionals to deliver designs based on learnings. You will be part of a team of three creatives, headed up by the Creative and Brand Manager.

· Support in conducting user research and testing.

· Support in creation of other creative assets as needed, especially during our busiest period over Ramadan.

· Communicate ideas and designs through storyboards, site maps and process flows.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and new tools.

This is a new role where you will combine excellent leadership with creative design skills, working to inspire supporters and equip global development partners for one of the UK's leading Christian relief and development agencies.

We are looking for a candidate who can strategically lead a multi-disciplinary team to create excellent user experiences for our audiences. They will be both collaborative and confident, working closely with other leaders in the team to refine our delivery model and place/user needs at the heart of everything we do.  You'll promote UX design best practice through all stages of that process.

They will also be a skilled and creative designer who loves getting hands-on with design work.  You'll join agile teams to deliver concepts and ideas that continually improve the digital services and products we offer, enabling an effective response to Tearfund's vision and mission.

We’re looking for a creative and confident Content & Communications Coordinator to join our busy Marketing & Communications Team at Imperial College Union. This new role will be key in strengthening our online presence and improving student engagement with the Union. The successful candidate will manage our social media channels and content to drive two-way conversations, to increase awareness of the Union’s work, and help us better understand what they care about.

You will be our in-house journalist; planning and delivering content that speaks to our varied audiences. Duties and responsibilities

Content Planning

• To assist in the creation of communications and content plans to support the Marketing & Engagement Manager in the delivery of key Union marketing activity, such as Welcome Week and election.

As the Digital Campaign Manager you will use your skills to build and lead projects and creative digital-first campaigns to support Syria’s heroic civil society. You will be responsible for delivering campaigns that advance The Syria Campaign’s goals and mission, working with allies and partners to elevate their voices and demands to a global audience. You will get to work with our incredible supporters and encourage others to act by employing the full suite of digital campaigning tactics to bring about real change.

You will be responsible for creating impactful online campaign actions from petitions to “email your MP” moments, running an email programme to engage our large online supporter base (from idea generation to writing, delivery and analysis), producing creative social media campaigns, and responding to real world events. You will reach new supporters and key audiences through growth-oriented digital campaigns. 

This is a full-time position that reports to the Campaign Director. The job is remote and can be done anywhere from European or Middle Eastern time zones.

The Syria Campaign

The Syria Campaign is a small, fast moving, and powerful human rights organisation that is building new ways for digital and creative communications to have impact. We work to support Syria’s heroes in the struggle for freedom and democracy, partnering with civil society actors inside and outside the country. We’ve moved beyond the limitations of an “online movement builder” or traditional NGO, fusing the best elements of think tanks, creative agencies, and digital mobilisation to shift the narrative on Syria.

Thirteen years since the Syrian people took to the streets to demand freedom and democracy, there are still millions of civilians at risk of military attack, over 100,000 people remain illegally detained and disappeared, and there has been nearly no accountability for the victims and survivors of war crimes. The Syria Campaign works to keep Syria in the international spotlight to increase the cost of attacks on civilians, help build the power of civil society, advocate for a vision of real peace and justice, and build international solidarity with the Syrian people.

We’ve raised the profile of Syrian groups such as the White Helmets rescue workers, helping secure them millions of dollars to continue their life-saving work and making them famous around the world. We’ve supported the Families for Freedom, a women-led movement of the families of the disappeared in Syria, to ensure their demands are heard. After 13 years of conflict and crisis in Syria, we have to fight hard to make sure the issues that matter to us and our partners get the focus and support they need. The Digital Campaign Manager will play a key role as The Syria Campaign develops new strategies and approaches to achieve our goals.

What you’ll be responsible for

Developing and leading far-reaching digital campaigns with our Syrian partners to make their demands heard on the international stage, that capitalise on reactive campaign moments. You will be campaigning for freedom and justice for Syria’s disappeared, for the protection of civilians and humanitarian workers from the bombs, and for support for educators, media activists and other heroic civil society actors on the ground in Syria. 

Creating high-quality digital campaign content. You will work closely with our small and talented campaign team to write amazing copy across a range of campaign materials, including through supporter emails, advocacy briefs, blogs, and microsites. You will lead on digital advocacy opportunities to mobilise our supporters to take action in solidarity with the demands of our Syrian partners through petitions, fundraisers and other actions. Working closely with the media team you will push forwards creative visuals for social media including graphics, videos and commentary, including commissioning and managing creatives. 

Leading our campaign email programme. You will manage our supporter email programme in collaboration with designers and developers. This includes devising and drafting regular multilingual campaign emails to keep our large supporter base engaged, testing out best practices to grow and maintain those who support us, and analysing our success. You will also build action pages, run fundraisers for our Syrian partners, and manage Facebook ads.

Organising and coordinating events and actions, amplified online. You will manage events and actions that influence politicians and decision makers to meet the demands of our Syrian civil society partners – making sure they have maximum impact and reach our global audience.

Copywriting and storytelling:

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Scope out, survey and review delivery and quality control during and after installation for our Urban Forest and Schools projects.
• Produce engaging, accurate and innovative plans, details and specifications for hard and soft landscape works and tree planting, using our in house style supporting and steering other designers in the team.
• Specify and design schemes for tree and woodland planting projects in estates, public parks & open spaces, and school playground spaces for food growing, education, green infrastructure and SuDS / raingardens.
• Work closely with both our in house Build Team and as a contract administrator to ensure high quality project delivery, to specification and standards required, clear handover of design materials, specifications, tender documentation, sign offs and recorded meetings.
• Support our Engagement and Marketing & Communications team with clear and effective plans and illustrations within clear handover processes and time frames.
• Work closely with our Monitoring and Evaluation team to collect and record pre agreed data accurately to support internal and external funder and partner reporting.
• Attend and chair regular internal team meetings and represent TfC at events from time to time.
• Co-operate with Trees for Cities’ Health & Safety and Safeguarding Policies, to receive essential training to understand and follow correct procedures.
• Have flexibility for travel and occasional overnight stays to support project scoping, surveying and delivery. The Landscape Design Manager will be able to operate independently whilst working closely with the Design Team.

We are looking to recruit an Individual Giving and Gifts in Wills Manager to manage and deliver the Individual Giving and Gifts in Wills (Legacy and In Memoriam) income streams for the Centre.  This is an exciting role in our Fundraising team that will manage income pipelines and associated expenditure required to raise income, provide monthly monitoring and use data to analyse fundraising results. This role will also develop and implement strategies to retain, recruit and acquire new supporters.

Conservation Collective (CC) funds solutions to protect the environment, restore nature, and safeguard against climate change. The CC UK charity incubates, launches, and supports locally focused foundations, which open new funding channels to support the most impactful environmental grassroots projects. Our network comprises 20 members based all over the world and is growing.

We manage and monitor our donor relations, grant giving governance, contacts, and event activities, via a bespoke and customised salesforce system. This was launched in September 2021, and has been developed and configured to meet our growing needs since then. As the demand for our model increases around the world, we need a highly capable systems specialist to support us to ensure our data systems are well managed, users are trained, and we can create accurate reports for our donors and other audiences. The role will report to the Finance Director and will work closely with the rest of the team. This is a critical role that is central to the success of building a robust organisation, and there is opportunity for an ambitious candidate to grow in responsibility with it.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee Salesforce System: maintenance, training, development, and reporting

 Maintenance

· Ensure key objects on Salesforce such as accounts, contacts, campaigns and grants are working effectively (ensure process flows work well).

· Maintain reliable records in all objects on Salesforce by eliminating duplicates monthly, processing user deletion requests and updating records for lists with up-to-date information on key stakeholders (e.g. trustees, contractors etc).

· Weekly data back-ups.

· Uploading ad-hoc batch data from Campaigns e.g. Just Giving or historical data into Opportunities.

· Ensure regular data cleaning to enhance the credibility and adoption of the system. Spot trends with issues and feedback into system development or training.

· Oversee data governance log: maintaining log of changes to review with the team, discussing effect on budget and system usage to inform decision making.

 Training and support

· Oversee user set ups, create new user profiles, and share best practices according to GDPR practices.

· Oversee smooth onboarding and training process for new members to ensure effective adoption.

· Keep training materials related to key objects updated, host internal webinars to address new feature introductions or common issues to troubleshoot.

· Promptly troubleshoot any user issues and feeding these into training to prevent it happening again.

· Respond to individual questions from users on Slack and share tips and tricks.

 Automations and Development

· Manage the integration of Form Assembly, ensuring all connectors work well and troubleshoot and update individual forms when needed.

· Support users with the building of individual Form Assembly forms, updating when needed (ad hoc) and embedding them in their websites.

· Perform developments such as creating new fields, updating picklist values, page layouts, forms, automation configuration, formula fields, and other content. Work with core team to assess where a development is foundation specific, and where it should be applied across all users.

· Act as key point of contact with our external Salesforce consultants on any requests of flow maintenance or improvements and monitoring effective use of credits and budgets.

 Reporting

· Build reports and dashboards for each key Object – spot trends and suggest improvements.

o Opportunities - pipeline and income reports for board meetings

o Grants - tracker and applications analysis, extraction of impact data for evaluation purposes

· Provide quarterly diagnoses of user adoption levels across the network.

· Work with exec director to prepare quarterly data for trustee meeting and annual reports.

Manage IT systems with the support of an outsourced consultant

 · Act as a key point of contact with our outsourced IT company, overseeing the creation of new users and managing the leavers’ processes.

• Ensure MS365 systems are working effectively for current users, and troubleshoot issues as a first point of contact before liaising with outsourced providers.

· Maintain an up to date ‘how to guide’ for our intranet, ensuring all users know how to use it and find what they need.

· Recommend Cyber Security improvements.

· Procure IT equipment for team with support of external consultant.

· Maintain an up-to-date list of active users, MS 365 licenses and Antivirus license protection.

· Oversee the IT budget by approving expenses on a regular basis.

· To manage website domains – purchasing new ones on request, performing updates or providing access to web designers.

About The Role 

The Development Manager works closely with the Director of Development & Enterprise and the Development team to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the SLG’s fundraising strategy. The role will work across all aspects of fundraising with particular focus and responsibility for trusts, foundations, embassies and institutional supporters, as well as public funding from Arts Council England and Southwark Council. 

The postholder is responsible for ensuring the organisation maintains impeccable relationships with supporters and potential donors, and works closely with the Director, Deputy Director and Director of Development & Enterprise to ensure targets for capital and revenue projects are met.
