We’re looking for an exceptional and creative Impact and Evaluation Manger to lead our work on adaptive approaches to monitoring and evaluation and who can balance strategic needs with the reality of our frontline work.
Working under the direction of Director of Transformation, the role of Impact & Evaluation Manager will be critical in championing robust evaluation in the organisation, adapting approaches and steering learning to ensure a meaningful impact.

This is a truly cross-functional enabling role which will work across the Directorates, engaging with stakeholders to improve our knowledge base, culture and practice of capturing and measuring change and support growth towards successful delivery of our Strategic Priorities. Working with, and in support of, the Director of Transformation some of the key areas of responsibility are as follows:
- Explore and implement innovative tools to effectively monitor and evaluate projects and programmes.
- Ensure impact and evaluation is embedded across the organization and data insights support the teams to inform decisions and drive improvement of service to our beneficiaries.
- Analyse data and produce tangible products geared to inform strategic decision-making, optimize processes and drive sustainable growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development with a view to improve data gathering and exploitation within cross- functional teams.

Purpose of Post
The Fundraising Partnerships Manager will be responsible for securing and account managing national corporate partnerships, and national trusts and foundations to help air ambulance charities save even more lives across the UK.
- Provide exceptional account management.

- Support new business development, identifying and securing new national partnerships and grants in collaboration with the air ambulance community.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- To provide exceptional account management to ensure partners meet agreed income and engagement targets and other key objectives.
- Develop and deliver robust national partnership plans, maximise income generation and provide strategic direction to maximise growth within each account.
- Generate income from national partners - including employee fundraising, sponsorship, and cause related marketing.
- To deliver a calendar of key corporate fundraising events, promoting campaigns to national partners and building engagement with them and their audiences.
- To attend partnership meetings, communicate and deliver presentations to staff at all levels.
- Manage and organise the production of compelling materials for bespoke campaigns and ensure AAUK’s campaigns are integrated into national partnership plans with a particular focus on Air Ambulance Week.
Development Activities
- Support national pipeline research and development for partnerships and grants.
- Through strategic research, identify and prioritise potential national trust and foundations (in collaboration with air ambulance charity members), with the ability to give significant grants through partnership working.
- Creation and development of national fundraising proposals and stewardship reports, applying a creative approach where possible.
- Create engaging assets for applications and compelling pitches, delivering pitch presentations virtually and in person.
- Lead on research and applications for agreed national prospects, building long-term relationships with key contacts at prospective partners.
- Work with air ambulance charity members to identify projects and opportunities for national funding from trusts and foundations.

About the role
Sightsavers' content and stories team has responsibility for developing creative concepts and content in response to communications briefs, as well as supporting the organisation with video and editorial services, and sourcing photography, video, audio and written stories from projects across Africa and South Asia. This work generates a huge volume of multimedia digital assets which need to be easily searchable by everyone in the organisation. We've recently moved to a new digital asset management system which requires an ongoing process of training and development.
We are looking for a Digital Asset Manager to be responsible for embedding and maintaining our new digital asset management system (Asset Bank), offering training and support to teams using and uploading assets. You'll work closely with content producers and story collectors to develop workflows preparing and uploading new content and you'll lead their implementation. As digital asset manager you'll inspire staff with available content, finding creative ways to make the organisation aware of the assets the team is producing. The Communications Capacity Building Manager reports directly to the Global Content Manager and supports the development and implementation of the content vision and strategy. The job holder works primarily with communications colleagues and Country Directors in IR country and hybrid offices to build their capacity and capability in communications, content gathering, media, brand awareness raising and local public engagement. The job holder also works with Member and other IRW stakeholders to ensure the capacity and capabilities in country offices are appropriate for meeting their requirements and business needs.

Overview of the CPA Charity
The CPA is a registered charity (CIO) and membership body; leading and developing the pharmacy profession to benefit the people of the Commonwealth. This voluntary network of member states encompasses one third of the global population, including many lower-middle-income countries (LMICs). The CPA works towards its core charitable objectives to build strong and diverse collaborations between pharmacists and health networks; develop and improve the quality of Pharmacy Practice; strengthen health systems; improve the safe and effective use of medicines, and promote healthier lifestyles and reduce health inequalities. Its unique position as an accredited organisation of the Commonwealth allows for many advocacy opportunities for the profession.
The CPA is in official relations with the World Health Organisation (WHO), with an approved collaboration plan in place for 2022-2024. Our mission to ‘empower pharmacists to improve health and wellbeing throughout the Commonwealth’ is achieved through our core strategic goals:
1. Develop the Commonwealth pharmacy workforce and build capacity through education and training.

Job Overview:
The Commonwealth Pharmacists Association (CPA) is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping how we communicate our mission and impact. You'll be responsible for managing CPA's social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence. You'll develop compelling content, including stories that highlight the real-world impact of our work. Additionally, you'll support various CPA programs by crafting effective communications materials. This position is ideal for candidates with proven social media management experience, graphic design skills and excellent writing and editing abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow CPA's social media accounts, ensuring active and engaging online presence.

Qualifications:

Overall purpose:
As Fundraising and Campaigns Marketing Manager in the Marketing & Communications team, you will drive Ben’s fundraising and commercial services with individuals and businesses within the automotive industry. You’ll work closely and collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best possible results for communications delivered both digitally and physically (this can include content on our website, social channels, email and printed materials) to support the delivery of Ben’s overall strategy.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Managing the day-to-day marketing of fundraising/income campaigns using a test-and-learn approach across a range of new and existing channels and products
- Managing campaigns and projects from planning to delivery and evaluation, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
- Assisting with the ongoing monitoring and optimisation of fundraising campaigns and products
- Researching competitor campaigns, market trends, new tools and platforms
Planning and organising
- Create and execute Fundraising and Marketing plans to promote Ben’s services, events and campaigns against budgets and with clear ROIs, in line with longer-term org strategy
- Work across the range of fundraising and commercial products and services, to ensure pricing, positioning and promotional activities are aligned for maximum impact
- Support to look after brand management of Ben’s fundraising and commercial brands (DoIt4Ben, ILC, Ben Ball, Ben Training etc.)
- Plan, create and develop high-quality content which is tailored to audience personas, which they will find engaging and meets strategic objectives
- Utilise various channels, including social media, website, email marketing and traditional media, to reach the target audience effectively
- Support to develop a programme of regular content. Maintaining and updating Ben wide calendars as appropriate
- Work with colleagues to develop new products and update existing products that are relevant for our audiences that are channel and brand appropriate
- Manage the design, production and distribution of marketing collateral (digital and print), making sure it is consistent with our messaging, tone of voice and is audience appropriate
- Manage end to end email process – from creating emails, automations, using correct data & segments to sending & then evaluating campaigns
- Support online advertising (social, retargeting and PPC)
- Use a test and learn approach in order to learn from user behaviour and to ensure Ben leverages digital communications channels to reach and engage target audiences
Experience required:

About the team
This new team sits under our Audience Engagement and Planning sub-directorate, created in early 2023, the team is still taking shape making it an exciting opportunity to help us in this crucial function.
The role is part of a 5-person Strategic Comms Team that has a primary mandate is focused on delivering a full range of integrated strategic across Shelter to ensure we’re delivering high quality and highly strategic public engagement approaches. As Shelter’s Brand Manager, you will act as brand guardian, acting as the first point of contact for any brand queries and working collaboratively with teams across the organisation in the development of both public and internal-facing communications, products, and projects. You will provide ongoing support for teams on how best to leverage the brand to drive maximum engagement, ensuring that all work is aligned to our brand and strategy and is informed by evidence and insight.
You will be instrumental in implementing the cross-organisational brand strategy, working closely alongside the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to develop and deliver training and inductions for internal teams, external agencies, and partners. Alongside this, you will proactively develop and implement ways of working and processes, as well as developing and distributing brand resources and assets, to ensure that teams are equipped to deliver work more efficiently and effectively.
About you
Well-versed in brand management, you will possess a clear understanding of the importance of strategy, knowledge of how to embed and maintain a brand, and how to ensure consistency across multiple channels, projects and products. Alongside your ability to confidently manage a diverse set of cross-organisational stakeholders and teams, you will be an impressive communicator, able to engage stakeholders through both verbal and written comms as well as via workshops and presentations. Strategically minded with a keen creative eye, you will have a proactive and solutions-focussed approach to your work, and be able to demonstrate project management skills alongside an understanding of the importance of insight and how it informs plans and activity.
