Job description

As a Senior Worker, you will lead and drive the service within the Borough, have line management responsibilities and hold a small caseload of young persons. You will help deliver educational awareness in YP settings; ie, schools, colleges, though workshops and assemblies.

As an individual, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, can work on their own initiative, but more importantly, as part of a team. You will need good communication and organisational skills and be confident in building and maintaining relationships. Successful candidates will be dynamic and forward thinking with keen insight into preventative and early intervention methods. The ideal candidate will have experience of safeguarding and working with young people presenting with substance, alcohol and associated issues.
