You will join us working 35 hours per week, on a 24-month fixed-term contract basis and will be based remotely. In return you will receive a salary of up to £48,444 per annum plus excellent benefits.

Cats Protection is moving into an exciting stage in its digital transformation journey with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics as its new Customer Relationship Management functionality. This role will be part of a core delivery team leading the charity through discovery and implementation of the system and work closely with the existing IT team.

Responsibilities of our CRM Technical Lead:

As our CRM Technical Lead you will be responsible for providing expertise on CRM software functionality, data management and IT business processes. You will ensure all assigned immediate development work, upgrades, and support requests are dealt with to agreed levels of service and customer satisfaction. Ultimately ensuring the non-functional requirements are delivered and supporting the delivery of functional requirements whilst supporting and assisting with other staff within the IT Applications team and across the IT department.

What we’re looking for in our CRM Technical Lead:

- Recent or current knowledge and experience (within last three years) in dynamics 365 implementation as a technical lead, CRM and fundraising - essential

- Experience in product ownership/leading CRM replacement projects or large process change - essential

- Proven experience in stakeholder management, dealing confidently and persuasively with stakeholders

- Exceptional communication skills and ability to deal with all departments across the organisation

- Good knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and architectures and implementing and delivering IT services

- Organised with good planning skills

- Understanding of cloud hosting services

StreetLink London is a bespoke assessment and response telephone service for people who are rough sleeping in London, supported by volunteers. Building on St Mungo’s extensive experience of supporting people sleeping rough through a range of face-to-face services, this innovative service aims to reduce the incidences of subsequent rough sleeping amongst people who have not slept rough before and increase the speed with which those who have a history of rough sleeping can access support and accommodation.

As an Assessment and Response Worker you will:

• Answer phone calls from people experiencing homelessness in London and deliver a high quality of customer service

• Triage online referrals from the website and the app, to connect people who are rough sleeping with local outreach teams as quickly as possible.

• Carry out comprehensive telephone assessments, identifying immediate options for accommodation and support while confidently responding to emergency situations and safeguarding concerns.

• Advocate on behalf of people with relevant statutory and non-statutory services to ensure clients can access the support and accommodation they are entitled to as quickly as possible.

• Train, motivate and support volunteers so they can provide a high quality, responsive service to everyone contacting StreetLink London.

About you

To succeed, you’ll need a firm grasp of the CRM tech landscape, including list management, segmentation and dynamic content, with experience of Adobe Campaign, Adobe Classic or a similar platform being essential. We’re looking for substantial experience in a CRM role with significant output and a proven track record of building and deploying complex automated journeys.

You’ll have good understanding of email marketing best practices, and the ability to edit email templates in HTML is desirable. Additionally, experience using Litmus (or something similar), as well as data selection experience, would be desirable.

What is for certain though is that you’re well-organised, have strong attention to detail, and can manage your time effectively as well as being used to building dynamic content within a template and building segments and audiences.

You’ll be playing a big part not only in our team but within the wider organisation as we look to use CRM more and more.

About the Customer Relationship Manager Role: 

As the Customer Relationship Manager for Scout Adventures, you will oversee and improve all aspects of our customer journey, exceeding our customer expectations and driving levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
