Key Tasks

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all high value fundraising activity, including proposals, applications, and donor interactions, and be able to regularly report this activity back to the Head of Philanthropy.

The Programme Officer role will report to the Programme Manager and sit within the Programmes Team.
The Programme Officer will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a number of our services. Key Tasks
· Adding all payments transactions (grants, invoices, salaries, expenses, HMRC payments etc) to Sage and the bank accounts, ensuring all evidence is correct and payments are correctly authorised
· Adding all donation income to Sage and Salesforce, and working with other team members to ensure they are acknowledged appropriately
· Adding all quarterly investment income to Sage and Salesforce and reconciling across both databases, and to the investment house reports and bank account
· Regular reconciliations between Sage and Salesforce and bank accounts
· Ensure HMRC payments and gift aid claims are undertaken in a timely manner
· Manage banking records
· Monthly reconciliations for Bank account, purchase ledger, Sage, Salesforce, prepayments, accruals, salaries, PAYE, pension etc
· Monthly journals for non-cost items
· Manage pension with NEST and other ad hoc pension providers and manage insurances
· Ad hoc finance related tasks including reporting on returned grants, managing pension payments, insurances etc

Role and Responsibilities
New Position: Due to the increase in REB memberships and activities, a new full-time events role is being created to support the executive team.
Key Tasks – support the MD in creating and delivering a member engagement and events programme
1. Conception and collaboration of member events, through to completion
2. Promoting events to members, working alongside REB’s external PR/Communications agency
3. Managing event registrations and guest lists
4. Responsible for line managing the events administrator
5. Responsible for REB events planning, logistics, analysis (report & presentation) and follow-up actions
6. Attending meetings with members re event planning and development

Detailed Responsibilities
1. Develop, manage and deliver REB’s event programme (working with MD and ED&I coordinator):

This role is an opportunity for a Paralegal to join a large in-house legal team and work on a broad range of matters. It will specifically involve supporting the Agreements, Information and Disputes (AID) team within legal services, consisting of five lawyers.
The successful candidate will be required to work across areas of law including but not limited to information law, contracts, intellectual property, procurement, subsidy and state aid, insolvency, recoveries and public law. In addition to providing research, drafting and general support to the Fund’s lawyers, it is expected that the Paralegal will handle matters under supervision and use legal knowledge to improve the Fund’s internal processes and precedents.
The bulk of the Paralegal’s workload will consist of legal support work however the candidate will also be expected to perform some administrative tasks and cover for the team’s administrative officer when required.
Experience working in a fast paced in-house or private practice environment would be ideal with legal research and IT literacy an advantage. Knowledge of insolvency and debt recovery would be desirable.

About the role
The London Library is looking for an Acquisitions and Discovery Assistant to assist in the acquisition and management of Library E-resources and print resources.
The role includes supporting the successful acquisition and seamless delivery of electronic resources to library users, utilising and maintaining relevant library systems and records; assisting purchasing decisions and supporting licensing, ordering and payment processes; verifying access, liaising with suppliers & Library IT, and ensuring correct metadata is presented to users; plus monitoring resource use and collecting data for the evaluation of subscriptions. In addition to assisting with the administration of E-books, the role requires processes associated with the management of the print journal collection, including serials and donated materials, such as checking in new issues and ensuring publications are shelved correctly, applying stamps, recording invoices, recording changes in publishers' information and preparing completed volumes of serial parts for binding and checking.

The Role
JLGB are recruiting a Finance & Fundraising Coordinator who will play a vital role in helping the charity achieve its financial, fundraising and organisational objectives. Supporting the Director of Operations & Finance, the role is essential for the smooth running of the charity’s finances, collaborating with teams across JLGB, as well as volunteers and external suppliers. With some support from JLGB’s administration team, you will be undertaking all financial transactions including payment runs, bank and income reconciliations. The Role:

Work Location
This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. The NI is looking for its next Events Officer to oversee the setting up and online booking of a range of events – mainly conferences and dinners – as well as overseeing the subscriptions to its Journal. Main duties include:
Manage all event bookings administration, including:
o Set up of online booking for events through CRM
o Set up and maintain webpages for each event through CMS adding sponsor logos and additional information as required.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Programme Liaison Officer (full-time, fixed-term contract for 18 months, with possibility to extend) will join the expanding Sector Improvement Team. They will provide vital administration, communication and digital liaison and support required to successfully run and deliver the University Mental Health Charter Programme and Award, achieve the Sector Improvement Team’s key objectives, and contribute to the whole charity’s mission and goals. This is an exciting opportunity to help the team scale the University Mental Health Charter, with the potential to impact 2.5 million staff and students across the UK.
This role will include responding to queries, liaising with assessors, universities and general enquiries. The post holder will be responsible for working with the team to develop and monitor our HUB and digital platforms, for developing regular newsletters and working with colleagues to liaise with the many stakeholders involved in the assessment and programme processes.
Key responsibilities
Liaison support
- Provide effective liaison and administrative support to the Sector Improvement Programme(s), working closely with the Sector Improvement Lead and Programme Managers to ensure thesuccessful delivery of the programmes
- Support the planning and delivery of key Sector Improvement Programme activities such as the Winter Panel and the recruitment of the Award Assessors, CPD training and responding togeneral enquiries
