Job description

Depaul UK are currently looking for a Database Officer to join us Nationwide (based in your local regional office).  You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum + pension and benefits. London Salary: £31,500 (ILW) per annum + pension and benefits.

Depaul UK works with some of the most disadvantaged young people in the UK. We specialise in working in communities where poverty and long-term unemployment have resulted in generations of social exclusion and high rates of homelessness.

Over the past 30 years, we have grown as an organisation and developed and enhanced our work and the impact it has across the UK.  Depaul UK has a wide range of services for young people and adults at risk of homelessness.

The Database Officer role:

Depaul UK are currently offering a new and exciting position for a Database Officer to provide support handling data requests for a number of our contracts and funding relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall data-quality monitoring, evaluating and producing reports. You will be working alongside the Research and Evaluation team to design effective monitoring systems and dashboards for new and existing services.

Experience in Salesforce is essential.

This is a full time and permanent opportunity and will be mainly home based with some travel into the nearest office. We are accepting nationwide applications and the successful candidate will be based in our regional office closest to them.

What will ideally support your success as one of our Database Officer:

- A Salesforce certified administrator with a Salesforce certification (minimum ADM201 or ADX201)

- At least 6 months experience of providing technical support to Salesforce database users

- An in-depth knowledge of In-Form or Salesforce system administration

- Experience in undertaking data monitoring and analysis activities within a social welfare environment using either In-Form or Salesforce’s NFP & charity package.
