Are you passionate about fundraising?  Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and CV?

We are a fast paced and growing team of fundraisers working hard at a very exciting time for Compton Care.  We are looking for a passionate and results driven person to join our Supporter Care team as an Individual Giving Fundraiser to help us grow income from new and existing donors through individual and in memory donations and regular giving.  You should be a dynamic and flexible person, and passionate about giving supporters a gold standard experience.

 Main Responsibilities

  •  To grow income from new and existing donors through individual and in memory donations and regular giving.
  • To co-ordinate the appeals programme and direct marketing initiatives.
  • The role will encompass supporter acquisition, development and retention and seek to build long term relationships with donors by providing a gold standard supporter journey.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 2 years’ fundraising experience, preferably in an individual giving capacity
  • Experience of in memory fundraising.
  • Experience of creating and managing direct marketing campaigns to promote appeals/campaigns to supporters.
  • Highly motivated and people/customer focused.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with problem solving ability.
