The Programme Manager will deliver a personal development journey to young people using snowsports as the hook to engage those who are less likely to engage with mainstream provision. We do this in partnership with youth projects and youth service providers across the Midlands.
This is a really exciting opportunity to play a key role in Snow Camp’s development in the Midlands. Experience of working successfully with underserved young people in a range of settings will be essential to the post. Furthermore, experience within a snowsports field and passion for supporting young people generally will be a huge advantage!
Project management, logistical skills, relationship management, communication and presentation skills will all make up the job. Along with youth work experience to deliver life-skills or group workshops to motivate young people to work towards meaningful goals – these will all make up the job.
This is a key post requiring at least 2 years’ experience involving the above skills, together with proven project management and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities of our Corporate Partnerships Officer:
As Corporate Partnerships Officer you will help identify, research and cultivate relationships with existing partners and to help implement the corporate partnerships fundraising plan, aligned with the wider fundraising strategy.
You will hold responsibility for managing a portfolio of partners providing cultivation and engagement strategies which maximise their lifetime value, using corporate fundraising techniques and support the development of creative and compelling proposals for existing partners and develop inspiring and engaging communications.
You will support the Corporate Partnerships team with larger accounts and projects and the transition of new business accounts to the account management team, liaise with volunteer branches and centres in the implementation of national partnerships, manage the administration and marketing of Payroll Giving and keep concise records of partnership projects on the central database.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Grants and Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the Grants Programme of ProVeg International and leading the activities and staff within the ProVeg International Grants team. Community Fundraising Manager
The Mencap Community and Events Team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and passionate fundraiser, dedicated to raising as much funds as possible to help make the UK the best place to live for people with a learning disability to join our team as Senior Community Fundraising Manager covering England and Wales.
Covering the England and Wales the Community Fundraising Manager will be responsible for managing various income streams across the Community portfolio working closely with the wider team.
Within this role, you will achieve agreed fundraising targets through effective management, support and cultivation of both existing and new regional supporters including: individuals, groups, associations, local corporates and schools whilst maximising the current portfolio of Mencap owned products. About the Team:
To fuel WaterAid's global mission and programs, the Philanthropy Team drives WaterAid Canada's efforts to increase impact through innovative, high-value partnerships with a diverse set of private, large family and corporate foundations, government, and HNWI and monthly, annual donors and leadership donors, and legacy giving.
As a member of the Philanthropy Team, the Manager, Annual Fund reports to the Associate Director of Philanthropy and works closely with the Head of Communications and Brand, Data and Donor Service Administrator, and collaboratively with the entire WaterAid team.
- Manage the development and operations of WaterAid Canada's individual giving portfolios, including annual, monthly, and leadership donors.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the annual and leadership giving stewardship.
- Plan and execute annual giving campaigns, including direct mail, digital acquisition, and third-party fundraisers.
- Development and implement strategies to enhance donor engagement, stewardship, and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors through personalized communications and engagement initiatives, such as donor surveys.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the annual and leadership giving stewardship standards program to ensure that class leading donor relations standards are upheld.
- Utilize third party apps such as JustGiving, Gifts of Water, Echo age and create website content related to the annual giving campaigns.
- Oversee moves management; identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of a portfolio of leadership giving donors, consulting regularly with the Associate Director of Philanthropy on pipeline development.
- Contribute to the development of donor communications materials including customized accountability/impact reports, in collaboration with the Head of Communications and Brand.
- Work with print and mail-fulfillment vendors on project delivery.
- Work with the Data and Donor Service Administrator to identify cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship opportunities for monthly and annual fund donors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within WaterAid Canada, such as with Communications and Brand, International Programs, Finance, Advocacy and Policy, Annual Campaign lead, and Database.
- Maintain strong relationships across the WaterAid International Federation; support WaterAid International to maximize global fundraising initiatives; represent and advocate for WaterAid Canada priorities within global fundraising working groups.
- Utilize data-driven insights to adjust strategies for optimal performance
- Minimum three years of experience working in a fundraising, donor relations, or stewardship capacity, particularly in an annual giving portfolio.
- Exceptional tact and diplomacy.
- An acumen for identifying philanthropic motivators and driving them to action.
- An entrepreneurial and collaborative work ethic.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (in English, French is an asset)
- A good understanding of fundraising databases, particularly Raiser's Edge / NXT.

Role Overview & Aims
We are looking for someone who will drive the BHMA into a new phase of growth. Someone with passion and dedication who will believe in our purpose and help us achieve this. We want to grow our reach and find new members, journal subscribers and people to enrol on our course. We also want to start producing professional webinars and podcasts in the run up to our conference this Autumn. We would also like to streamline the administrative running of the BHMA to make it more efficient and sustainable, whilst growing our income streams.
How we work
The BHMA operates as a remote team however the hub is in the Bath/Bristol area with our AGM & a conference to be held near Bristol in 2024. We have 2-3 evening Zoom meetings per month and our remote administrator works mornings.
You will work from home using your own computer, however occasional face-to-face meetings would be a bonus.

You’ll be able to both think strategically and work hands-on, as you’ll oversee the day-to-day marketing activities and track their success.
You will have a collaborative, solution focussed attitude, working as part of a small, friendly management team. You’ll have experience working for or with charities or not for profits and support the aims and work of our organisation.
Based at our Birmingham office, the role will involve visiting our other locations from time to time and attending external meetings, so some flexibility in working hours and some travelling will be necessary.
