We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. You will join us working 28 hours per week on a 12 month fixed term contract and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £29,319 per annum (pro rata of £36,649) plus excellent benefits.

The Data & Analytics team, based in the Marketing & Income Generation directorate, focuses on data processing, data selections and data analysis. The Data team has grown over the last couple of years due to significant charity growth.
Responsibilities of our Data Analyst:
As Data Analyst you will be responsible for the delivery of actionable and highly effective supporter analysis, reports, dashboards and statistical models to inform the evidence-based decision making of the Marketing and Income Generation directorate. The Data Analyst will support departmental strategies and plans by analysing campaign effectiveness and providing a clear understanding of our audiences to optimise supporter journeys, improve targeting and drive engagement. They will also assist the Lead Data Analyst in designing, planning and delivering data insight projects to enable the directorate to maintain a supporter-focused view, maximising the returns on Cat Protection’s investments.
What we’re looking for in our Data Analyst:
- Significant database marketing experience with use and manipulation of data structures with a relational database management system
- Significant data analysis and interpretation experience identifying key trends
- Advanced knowledge of FastStats or similar statistical package
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Full understanding of the data analysis process from briefing to delivery

Experience

- Proven track record in leading fundraising and delivering income growth within a similar sized organization.

Our PR & Media Manager is crucial to our plans to scale up our media coverage as we enter the final years of our campaign to end bear bile farming in Vietnam. As part of the Comms team, you will work closely with colleagues in our Programmes and Fundraising teams to amplify their work through public relations, celebrity support and media activity. What's the role about?

- Look after your own portfolio of donors as well as reaching out to prospects and new donors. The NI is looking for its next Events Officer to oversee the setting up and online booking of a range of events – mainly conferences and dinners – as well as overseeing the subscriptions to its Journal. The role is a busy one and the person recruited with require good experience with events booking CRMs as well as working with volunteers and other team members in a small team.
Responsibilities
Main duties include:
Manage all event bookings administration, including:
o Set up of online booking for events through CRM
o Set up and maintain webpages for each event through CMS adding sponsor logos and additional information as required.
o Ensuring invoices for events are issued and paid, updating any on CRM that were issued manually including sponsorship events
o Ensuring relevant communications such as joining instructions are circulated to attendees
o Issue sponsorship contracts, invoices and monitor payments of same
o Providing support for delivery of events including producing delegate lists, dietary requirements etc
o Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure all events run smoothly.
Manage the admin and event email inboxes, answering all queries in a timely and professional fashion; forwarding queries to colleagues as appropriate where outside your area of expertise.

Since 2013, Arts Emergency has been providing 16-25 year olds in London, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and beyond with a trained mentor working in their field of interest.
