About the role:
This is a maternity cover opportunity for a valued role in our Senior Leadership Team. This position is critical to our work in training healthcare professionals to understand how the law applies to practice. You will be delivering our ambitious plans to take our training service to the next level at this critical time, with support of our two brilliant training co-ordinators and a wider team of associate trainers. A fabulous opportunity to provide psychological assessment for pupils attending Together Trust education settings and external schools, this post offers the unique opportunity to join a newly established Psychology Service by working systematically in multi-disciplinary teams, promoting the emotional well-being, learning and skill development of children and young people.

Context and Background
The innovative services that we develop are a critical part of the NSPCC’s fight for every childhood. We transform lives by working directly with some of the most vulnerable children and families. This role will help develop our service offer in respect of preventing and tackling child sexual abuse, with a focus on the ongoing development, coordination and implementation of our secondary education service. This aims to support secondary education settings to be places that foster healthy relationships and keep, young people safe from abuse.
Job purpose
• Scoping, leading and project managing programmes, services and products within the Development and Implementation Team within set timescales and budgets.

The Community Inclusion Lead will have responsibility to develop and deliver the strategic direction of both the Community Inclusion and Education departments at Sale Sharks Foundation. This role will primarily develop new groups across the northwest region and will ensure successful delivery of those services. You’ll play a key role in supporting and developing our secondary services in the northwest of England and will be working with the services manager for secondary breast cancer and a team of coordinators who are based across the UK.

You’ll also build productive relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to promote our services and increase their reach and uptake.

This role can be worked part time (a minimum of four days with a pro rata salary) or full time within the UK.
