The digital team at Breast Cancer Now are leading a transformation in how we present our information and services to people affected by breast cancer. We are looking for a digital project manager who will be responsible for the delivery, tracking and communication associated with a number of key cross orgnanisational projects. The role will support with the Head of Digital Transformation in driving and tracking program delivery and ensuring that solutions can be adopted quickly and effectively by the organisation. This will entail collaborating across several high profile projects spanning various directorates and co-ordinating with internal teams (such as our Services, Nursing and Data teams) and external partner agencies.

You’ll have significant and demonstrable experience of digital project management within an agile framework. You’ll be highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire, organise and motivate others to work together to deliver on time. Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is ideally based in our London or Sheffield office but could also be in our Cardiff, or Glasgow office. Our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.

Your purpose
This year Voice 21 are recruiting to a newly formed Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs department to help address these challenges. Sightsavers' content and stories team has responsibility for developing creative concepts and content in response to communications briefs, as well as supporting the organisation with video and editorial services, and sourcing photography, video, audio and written stories from projects across Africa and South Asia. This work generates a huge volume of multimedia digital assets which need to be easily searchable by everyone in the organisation. We've recently moved to a new digital asset management system which requires an ongoing process of training and development.
We are looking for a Digital Asset Manager to be responsible for embedding and maintaining our new digital asset management system (Asset Bank), offering training and support to teams using and uploading assets. You'll work closely with content producers and story collectors to develop workflows preparing and uploading new content and you'll lead their implementation. As digital asset manager you'll inspire staff with available content, finding creative ways to make the organisation aware of the assets the team is producing. You will work as part of a team, building and maintaining effective and robust relationships with key stakeholders involved in delivering against the project’s aims, with focus on the fast track of the review and publication of the first phase of content, establishing a process for further phases, and embedding into a business-as-usual state.
Working with the Project Team, you will embed key project management principles relevant to the project, including building processes with the Patient Information Forum (PIF) accreditation scheme in mind, with a view to NCT achieving this accreditation in the near future. You will help establish and report upon existing and/or new KPIs that demonstrate impact from a charitable, fundraising, inclusivity and digital compliance perspective.
The main objectives of the role are to:
· 1. Prepare and execute a project plan that establishes a clear process of review, rationalisation, publication, and promotion of revised and new parent content.
· 2. Refresh our governance framework, ways of working and processes that involve key stakeholders across NCT. This includes establishing external expert groups, advisers and partners, including parents.
· 3. Support the embedding of new ways of working that clearly demonstrate impact against a suite of parent impact and engagement KPIs and;
· 4. Support the upskilling of key members of the Communications and Campaigns Team, utilising mentoring techniques to ensure the project’s infrastructure and approach is embedded long term

The role
You will be:
- Responding to briefs from a range of internal clients encompassing the Services, Retail, Campaigns, Fundraising and Partnerships teams.
- Creating and optimising pay per click advertising campaigns on Google, Bing, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, amongst other channels.
- Reporting campaign performance to clients weekly and managing their expectations.
- Ensuring campaigns are running within agreed budgets.
- Producing post-campaign wrap up reports.
- Providing training and technical support for users of our email marketing platform.

Overall purpose:
As Fundraising and Campaigns Marketing Manager in the Marketing & Communications team, you will drive Ben’s fundraising and commercial services with individuals and businesses within the automotive industry. Principal Accountabilities:
