Your purpose
This year Voice 21 are recruiting to a newly formed Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs department to help address these challenges. As Campaigns Manager, you will support the Head of Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs to make oracy education ordinary, co-ordinating and project managing communications campaigns as well as leading content delivery. Your responsibilities
● Play a senior role in the Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs team, as part of the wider Learning, Impact and Influence directorate
Campaigns (70%)
● Responsible for developing and delivering integrated campaigns working closely with Fundraising, Marketing, Customer Service and Service Delivery teams.

WaterAid is seeking a Digital Product Manager to act as the product owner for our Drupal websites, working with colleagues and external suppliers to deliver our Global Strategy through a range of digital activities such as fundraising, advocacy and mass participation.
You will work with colleagues from across our global organisation to understand user needs and balance organisational priorities, refining these into a roadmap for maintaining and improving our Drupal websites and related digital infrastructure like microsites, SaaS solutions and third-party integrations. A typical working week might include providing technical expertise to colleagues planning a fundraising campaign, meeting with an external agency to optimise supporter experience on the website's donation form or speaking to a colleague in one of our member countries to help them roll out the latest features to their local website.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and implementation skills, who will enjoy being creative and using their expertise to enhance SAT-7 UK digital communications. The role is based in Chippenham but flexible working options are available. This is role is a fixed term contract to provide maternity cover.
The Digital Content and Communications Officer (DCCO) reports to the Digital Communications Manager and has responsibility for the SAT-7 UK website, digital marketing and social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website: Developing and updating SAT-7’s websites as inspiring platforms to raise profile, income and engagement.
Emails: Work with colleagues in the Communications Team and across the organisation to build, test and send responsive email templates for all SAT-7 UK’s email requirements (meeting SAT-7’s brand guidelines and conforming to industry standards). Use email marketing tool DotDigital to develop automated communications that strengthen supporter engagement and convert recipients into committed donors.
Content: Deliver engaging and inspiring rich media content across a range of digital channels, including web, email, social media and other digital marketing platforms.
Social Media: Work closely with other team members to deliver strong social media content and engagement across various platforms, chiefly Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn.
Marketing: Support the digital marketing of SAT-7 resources and campaigns through social media advertising, external agencies and other channels as required, to engage more deeply with existing supporters and donors, acquire new supporters and to raise funds for SAT-7 UK.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- In all communication ensure consistent messaging, branding and tone of voice for the intended audience and that content conforms to the security and style guides.
- Use Customer Relationship Management systems to ensure efficient and secure storage of information.
- Assist members of the team in responding appropriately to communications from supporters and other organisations.
- Liaise with SAT-7 staff from other offices to share ideas and resources.
- Assist the Digital Communications Manager and represent SAT-7 UK at conferences and events as required.
- At all times operate within relevant statutory requirements and guidelines, following best practice recommendations wherever possible. Specially ensure compliance with the Fundraising Regulator and General Data Protection Regulations.

Role purpose:

Digital Marketing and Strategy

- Lead the creation and deployment of an SEO strategy.

- Oversee the development of an email marketing strategy, building our email list and increasing responses to email asks.

- Provide support for digital leads in our international teams, offering best practice advice, and the provision of digital campaign assets and other collateral.
- Liaise with key stakeholders in wider comms and fundraising teams to build positive, collaborative relationships
- Educate and encourage other staff members on the use of digital best practice and promote its use within the charity
- Manage relationships with third party digital agencies and suppliers
- Play an active role in any working groups where digital guidance is required.
Team management
- Line manage the Website Manager, Email Marketing Manager and Social Media Officer to deliver quality digital campaigns and channels.
- Develop team members through regular reviews, setting objectives and identifying training where needed.
- Motivate team members to deliver excellence in everything they do.
Other duties
Deliver digital fundraising campaigns to support the Individual Giving, Community and Partnerships & Philanthropy teams.
Assisting with wider digital marketing and communications delivery where required, to support the charity’s strategic objectives.

The role of MEMBERSHIP AND DIGITAL ASSISTANT is to support and deliver the society’s digital communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement and membership experience and activism. This is a new job within a new team with a lot of scope to make your mark.
