This role will be a crucial part of Baytree’s Adult Education team, which currently consists of an Academic Manager, one other Academic Administrator (who is reducing her working hours after many years of service for Baytree), two ESOL tutors and the Women’s Service Director. This new role will work collaboratively with the current Academic Administrator and the rest of the team to ensure the delivery of relevant and high-quality academic, adult education programmes in accordance with secured funding contracts. The Marketing and Communications Department
Battersea’s Marketing & Communications department is responsible for communicating the breadth of the organisation’s work in an engaging and memorable way. Digital Champions are volunteers who inspire and motivate others to get online, while encouraging and supporting them to develop their digital skills and confidence. Key Duties:
- To be the first point of contact for the existing network of Digital Champions in the borough, and support organisations to recruit, onboard and manage new Digital Champions.
- To directly manage a pool of Digital Champions under BVSC and lead on recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- To organise regular online and face-to-face meetings for Digital Champions.
- To develop and implement a communications plan that raises awareness of the Digital Champions Network in Bexley and of the challenges and opportunities digital inclusion presents.
- To explore new opportunities with partners and the sector more broadly in a way that aims to expand the digital champions project and create a more digitally inclusive culture for Bexley residents.

Background
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. MAP is the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement, in the occupied Palestinian territory, including Gaza, and Lebanon.
MAP is in a period of ambitious growth and rapid development, as we respond to the massive humanitarian crisis in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon. Due to this growth, we are seeking a Director of Fundraising and Marketing to lead the development and delivery of an ambitious and data driven fundraising strategy.
Purpose of role
The purpose of this role within MAP is to build a high-performing fundraising and marketing team in the UK, and in new international markets, to drive and stabilise significantly increased fundraising performance across a range of income streams. The post holder will lead the development and delivery of an ambitious and data driven fundraising and marketing strategy to successfully deliver MAP’s new five-year vision.

The job holder will have the following key responsibilities:
Leadership
- Champion fundraising across the organisation.

- Lead the adoption and use of a newly installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM to effectively support data-driven decision making and relationship management to generate supporter insights in support of increased fundraising.
- With the CEO and SMT, agree and invest in a scaled-up approach to fundraising internationally.
Brand and Marketing
- Working in collaboration with the Director of Advocacy and Communications, lead the development and delivery of an integrated marketing and communications strategy that is driven by audience insight.
- Build and inspire a high-performing and results-oriented Marketing Team to build a community of supporters by delivering a seamless supporter journey that promotes MAP’s work and delivers greater income generation.

About the role
This is a vital role supporting the Workforce Development team through the effective coordination of activities associated with a number of initiatives carried out within WorldSkills UK, including the completion of an award-winning pilot programme supporting education institutions to mainstream excellence into the delivery of technical education.

Role purpose
The Project Coordinator will proactively support the programming, coordination and management of a number of projects within the WorldSkills UK portfolio, including the WorldSkills UK Centre of Excellence and Network for Innovation as well as the International Skills Partnership initiatives. Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Programme coordination:

This role is office based (as above) but with flexible hybrid working. It is expected the postholder will attend the office at least once or twice a week.

The programme
The Office of the Directorate is headed by the Director-General of the Foundation, Dr Anne T. Gallagher AO. In addition to providing overall leadership, it brings together core functions related to governance, finance and people management.
The role
The Governance Officer liaises with external partners and supports the Director-General to ensure governance activities align with the Foundation’s strategic goals. Working under the direction of the Senior Office Manager (People and Finance), you will bring strong administrative and diplomatic skills.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage communications and correspondence with Governors, High Commissions, and external stakeholders.
- Keep detailed electronic records of Directorate activities, decisions, and communications.
- Provide administrative support to the Directorate, including diary management and event coordination.
- Offer advice on diplomacy and protocol.
- Organise travel and manage logistics for Directorate engagements.
- Lead the planning and execution of Board and Committee meetings, handle related scheduling, correspondence, and logistics.
- Prepare and distribute documents for Board meetings, assisting with minute taking where required.
- Serve as the contact point for the Foundation’s Civil Society Governors.
- Assist with the reconciliation of expenses, preparation of financial reminders, and support finance-related tasks.
- Contribute to HR, office management, and other Directorate responsibilities as needed.
- Foundation-wide Support: Handle external communications, participate in Foundation-wide initiatives, and contribute to strategic planning and process improvement.
The individual
We seek an individual with strong administrative experience, preferably in an intergovernmental or diplomatic context.
