Job description

Prospectus is excited to be partnering with The Children's Society to source their new Senior Innovation Manager, who will join their expanding Supporter Innovation and Supporter Projects team within the wider Supporter Income and Impact Directorate.

This is an exciting time to be joining The Children's Society as they work together across teams to connect, inspire and mobilise people and communities across the country to give their time, money and voice to their cause; collectively transforming the lives of vulnerable young people. Innovation will play a key part in this ambition.

Reporting to the Head of Innovation, the Senior Innovation Manager will work closely with fundraising, communications, partnerships and the beneficiaries programme delivery departments to deliver a joined-up approach to innovation. The Senior Innovation Manager will focus on managing the innovation pipeline, insight, research, testing and most importantly, delivery. The role will also involve compiling and presenting strong and creative business cases to senior members of staff.

The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager with end-to-end product development and innovation experience from the commercial or charity sector. The Children's Society are looking for someone who is curious and creative, with a strong commercial acumen. You will be comfortable working to objectives within a project management environment and will have excellent communication skills to work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
