We want this to be reflected in the diversity of the people who work for us and we are particularly interested in applications from people from all backgrounds. JRF is a Disability Confident employer and will offer interviews to disabled candidates that meet the essential criteria required to undertake the role. For those roles which allow it, we’re developing a more blended approach to how and where you work based on individual needs.
