Our Direct Marketing Team is part of this department, and recruits and develops supporters. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Officer to join this team to manage and deliver a series of high standard direct marketing campaigns across our Regular Giving programme. This individual will be recruiting, retaining and upgrading regular donors to generate income through a variety of direct marketing methods such as direct dialogue, DRTV, digital, and direct mail. They will be encouraging regular monthly gifts or support via one of our main products such as general Regular Giving and Sponsorship, our Lottery, Value Exchange programme and other methods of committed giving as they arise.

RSTMH is a charity and membership society for those working or interested in tropical medicine and global health, and currently have almost 1,800 members from more than 90 countries, with a network of more than 10,000 involved with our work in some way. We are looking for an experienced Membership Manager who will help us manage all aspects of our membership programme. This involves maintaining high levels of retention and developing and delivering new recruitment strategies for members across the world.
The role will also focus on developing membership journey programmes to ensure our members receive top quality service from the Society and that all membership processes are undertaken with efficiency, energy and effectiveness.
The Membership Manager will also play a crucial role in ensuring that we are promoting RSTMH, and its membership offer, to our members and supporters. This person would be the first point of contact for our members and so must be professional, a sound communicator and efficient.

The role
- To lead on developing and implementing current strategies to increase members of RSTMH, including monitoring and evaluating performance against plans and KPIs

The Online Product Lister (Known internally as eCommerce Online Sales Executive) plays a vital role in generating income for Scope to support disabled people and their families. A key part of this role is listing a variety of donated items for sale via Scope’s online selling channels.
Location: Scope’s Ecommerce Hub - Westlink Business Park, Salford, M50 1BX.
Fixed term for 6 months, 16 hours per week.

The Online Product Lister is responsible for completing high quality listings through accurate photography and detailed descriptions. The role will involve listing a variety of different products including home and garden, clothing and seasonal cards and items. Product market research and price checking are also key responsibilities of this role.

We are now looking for an experienced and passionate events manager to lead a team and help us to continue to deliver our targets and identify new opportunities for our challenge events portfolio. This currently comprises of running events, triathlons, cycling events, overseas and UK challenges. You’ll support the creation and delivery of the events strategy, developing a varied and impactful portfolio which positions Breast Cancer Now as the go-to charity for events.
With the support of the senior events manager, the post holder will be responsible for the delivery of the Great North Run and Women V Cancer partnership. The post holder will also have their own budget areas working to agreed targets, maximising income, and minimising expenditure through innovative stewardship and strong budget management to maintain engagement and retention of supporters. They will also have line management (not all direct) for 1 event officer, 1 event executive and 1 event assistant.
About you
We’re looking for someone with experience of successfully delivering events programmes, including recruitment of participants, development of supporter journeys and stewardship communications to meet net income and supporter retention targets.
You’ll be an excellent relationship builder, with knowledge of the charity events sector. You’ll be an experienced line manager able to develop your line reports. You’ll also have demonstrable knowledge of setting and meeting financial targets to ensure a good return of investment for the charity.

The Moving Minds Alliance (MMA) is an advocacy impact network focused on Early Childhood Development in Emergencies (ECDiE). It comprises a (growing) network of 38 organizations organizations working together to increase the quantity and quality of funding, policy prioritization, and leadership needed to effectively support young children and caregivers affected by crisis and displacement. MMA’s goal is for all children and caregivers to have access to the power and resources necessary to meet their self-determined needs in an environment of dignity, equity and care, especially in situations of national and international displacement.
MMA does not provide funding for implementation of early childhood programs. As a network, its activities are led by members collaborating in working groups responsible for operationalizing specific areas of work, with support from the Core Team and some external consultants. Operational costs and activities are financed by a sub-group of philanthropic foundations, which are part of the overall MMA membership, through a combination of annual member fees and additional donations and grants. A Steering Committee provides overall strategic direction. MMA is hosted by the International Rescue Committee (IRC-UK).

Whilst the international community has made significant efforts to ensure children have access to basic healthcare and nutrition, more must be done to ensure that caregivers and young children can access quality ECDiE services. These services are severely lacking in crisis situations across the globe, as well as in communities hosting refugees and asylum-seekers.
The Purpose of the Role
High quality internal and external communications are the lifeblood of an effective network! The Network Communications Manager is a new and critical appointment to strengthen the work of the MMA.
The post-holder will support MMA’s ambition to become the thought leader on Early Childhood Development in Emergencies. They will position MMA as the ‘go-to’ agency for latest global, regional and local thinking, evidence and advocacy content on ECDiE. They will drive MMA’s external advocacy communications, coordinating with members as necessary to achieve our agreed objectives, and build external engagement with relevant media outlets and platforms
Responsibilities:
The post-holder will:
1. Develop and implement a Communications and Brand Strategy to build and strengthen MMA brand, image, social media and content curation in line with MMA values.
● Increase the effectiveness and dynamism of MMA’s external communications using a variety of different media and channels/
● Manage MMA social media and web platforms, ensuring up to date and relevant content, working with consultants to upgrade them where necessary.

2. Build MMA’s internal network communications to strengthen engagement, enhance convening and maximise collective impact.

3. Work closely with the Senior Engagement Manager to develop and strengthen communications for advocacy, in line with the MMA Advocacy Strategy.

Key Working Relationships
The Communications Manager will report to the Director. They will be a vital member of the core team and will be expected to support day-to-day activities.
The post holder will work closely with the MMA Senior Engagement Manager to ensure that advocacy and communications objectives are aligned. They will work closely with the Knowledge Management and Learning Lead (also a new position) and the MMA Research Forum.
The post-holder will work collaboratively with MMA member representatives to ensure a smooth and effective flow of information and communication across the network. They will collaborate actively with MMA working groups and committees, such as the Steering and Strategy Committees. They will coordinate with communications and advocacy leads from the different organisations across the membership and with our partners.
The post-holder will also identify, engage and work with local partners and stakeholders directly involved in implementing ECDiE in diverse contexts and settings.
