As a Product Owner you’ll help us deliver the best online retail experience and will own the roadmap for our Digital Services portfolio of products defining and delivering the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our online platforms.

In this role you’ll ensure that our digital applications meet the needs and expectations of our customers and our business goals.
Owning and leading our shopiago product, which is our proprietary software that enables us to optimise our inventory management, pricing, and listing across multiple marketplaces, you’ll measure and evaluate the performance and user satisfaction of our digital applications and use data and insights to inform the product decisions and enhancements.
About Technology Commercial and Retail
In response to the rapid expansion of our shop and store network, the evolution of online pre-loved marketplaces, and the increasing integration of digital technologies in our operations, we have formed three dedicated product teams.
These teams will take ownership, nurture, and advance technology within the Commercial and Retail domain, fostering enhanced collaboration, ownership clarity, and long-term strategic thinking. Our objective is to bolster collaboration, provide sustained support, and address growing demands by establishing an application support capacity within the team.
Working arrangements
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and either our London or Leeds office.
At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

About you
With retail and/or online listing experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role in the digital domain, you’ll have a strong proficiency and understanding of digital product development and product life-cycle management you’ll have previous knowledge of product discovery techniques, data analysis and insight tools.
With previous agile scrum experience, you’ll have knowledge of technical systems (including Microsoft Azure, Devops, Pipelines, Sitecore) as well as the technology fundamentals that underpin them.
You’ll have a strong knowledge and understanding of the online retail and market place industry and the customer behaviour and trends, and will have proven experience of stakeholder management at varied levels of technical literacy and will have experience of managing complexity and problem-solving.
With experience of analysis techniques, you’ll take a collaborative approach to work. You’ll be proactive about finding better ways of doing things and building your technical know-how, and will have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders with ease.

Junior Product Owner
We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to play a pivotal role in the charity’s journey towards achieving a Digital First strategy.
This is a remote, flexible working role, with excellent benefits.
Position: Junior Product Owner

Salary: £32,300 – £38,000 per annum

About the Role
Positioned within the Digital Transformation team, you will own and manage the website on WordPress while working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst to deliver innovative digital products that enhance the efficiency, decision-making, and user experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
The role involves contributing to the definition of product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that development efforts align with the strategic goals of digital transformation. You will be instrumental in facilitating the transition of ideas into actionable project plans, maintaining a seamless user-centric approach across all digital interfaces, and supporting the development and delivery of digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organisation and its stakeholders.
About You
You will have experience in product ownership or management, ideally within a digital or technology-focused environment with an educational background in a relevant field. While formal qualifications are valued, equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
You will also have experience of:
- Working with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products or services
- Agile methodologies and principles, with hands-on experience in backlog management and iterative development cycles
- Gathering, scope definition, and user story creation, with a keen eye for detail in documenting processes and product features
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, particularly experience with JIRA for tracking development tasks and Agile project management
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite for effective communication and document creation, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
- SharePoint, for document management and team collaboration, ensuring that project documents are easily accessible and organised within the team and across the organisation
- Utilising digital collaboration tools to work effectively with remote teams, including proficiency in video conferencing tools and collaborative workspaces.
You will also have an aptitude for learning and adopting new tools and technologies, with a willingness to develop expertise in areas such as digital analytics, user experience (UX) design, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Previous involvement in digital transformation initiatives or projects, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by digital change within an organisation will also be an advantage in this role.

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
With significant stakeholder engagement, they will be responsible for developing a staff training programme for all countries and delivering both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades.
Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests.
The role sits within the International Salesforce team, led by the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner. The team’s purpose is to be guardians of the organisations data and processes, supporting the rollout, maintenance, and extension, of our Salesforce platform and services. The Salesforce Developer and Product Owner reports to the International Chief Information Officer (CIO), who is responsible for leading MWB’s digital transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of several new digital, IT, and Salesforce initiatives.
Who we are looking for

Education and Training
