Direct Marketing Manager Jobs in Home Based
The Individual Giving Officer will work closely with the Director of Fundraising & Engagement and the Head of Fundraising to deliver significant elements of the charity’s fundraising strategy, in particular our Individual Giving income. The post holder will be responsible for growing our cash and regular donor income through both acquisition and retention activities, including through our flagship Dry January® campaign.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Campaign project management:
-
Plan, manage and deliver innovative and impactful supporter campaigns across a range of channels.

Operate within set budgets and achieve income targets outlined in annual plans.

Produce clear and succinct briefs to agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Use marketing judgement to proof, edit and develop compelling creative, and make sound decisions on proposals and testing plans.

Work closely with the Director of Fundraising and Engagement, Fundraising and Engagement Manager, Community and Challenge Events Officer and Communications team to successfully deliver campaigns and evaluations.

Support the development of an effective welcome and supporter journey, to help increase the average lifetime value of donors.

Continually test and learn across campaigns to improve performance.

Deliver campaigns in a compliant way, adhering to GDPR and fundraising regulation and Code of Conduct.

Lead on the research, design and implementation of key products including Mid-Level Giving and a new legacy proposition.
Supporter Care:

Work with the Fundraising & Engagement Assistant to ensure excellent levels of supporter care is provided to all our individual giving donors. Including the reviewing and refining of existing processes.

Oversee the maintenance of our individual supporter data within our CRM
Reporting and analysis:

Closely monitor campaign results and provide updates on performance.

Produce post-campaign analysis reports.

Work with the Director of Fundraising & Engagement to develop and update existing reporting mechanisms.

Make recommendations to improve the performance of future campaigns based on evidence and data.
Competitor analysis and industry perspective:

Use existing research and insight, and where appropriate, undertake and commission new projects to derive new / further insight and analysis.

Identify, research and develop new products, creative ideas and fundraising initiatives.

Keep up to date with industry developments and act upon direct and digital marketing trends and statistics.
Administration:

Manage the administrative tasks for the Individual Giving team, such as processing invoices, ordering stock and updating key documents and materials both online and offline.

JOB SUMMARY
The post holder will work with faculty and BIR staff in the development and use of new learning technologies to support the educational mission of the BIR.
The post holder will manage the existing e-learning resources as well as develop new e-learning offering to our members and users. The poster holder will offer expert guidance, advice and direction on the design, development and implementation of e-learning materials and resources, and the use of interactive educational technologies to lead the e-learning development in BIR.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Manage the e-learning content
• Create new e-learning resources with subject specialists in medical imaging. This includes new initiatives (video course) as well as online learning library content and other e-learning offering.
• Lead and oversee the instructional design for the video courses
• Manage and review the content on the online learning library, including post-event videos, webinar series and training videos etc. Ensure the content are relevant for all categories and promote to our community
Manage the e-learning projects and implementation of e-learning system
• Develop and implement plans and timelines in collaboration with faculty and BIR staff to enable the phased introduction of e-learning projects and systems.
• Lead the team and work across the department to design, develop and manage the online learning elements including layout, tools, templates, authoring and processes.
• Manage all BIR learning systems including live platforms, Learning Management System as well as CRM system for event registration, online learning library and e-posters
• Develop and design technological solutions for problems specific to BIR educational activities.
• Maintain and review the systems for new updates to improve staff and user experiences
• Manage budget of the projects and ensure surplus of any e-learning development

Blackburn and Darwen Youth Zone is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Targeted Manager. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver a high-quality programme of positive activities and targeted intervention support for young people in Blackburn and Darwen. You will be responsible for creating impactful programmes and opportunities that promote improved health, wellbeing, education, skills, aspirations, and social cohesion among young people.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated team to lead a high-quality programme of positive activities and targeted intervention support, including group activities, 1-1 sessions, family and professional meetings.
- Create programmes and opportunities that provide tangible outcomes for young people, leading to greater prospects and improved wellbeing.
- Represent the service at relevant meetings within the council and with partner agencies.
- Commit to working evenings and weekends, providing support, coaching, and quality assurance for sessions.
- Manage, supervise, direct, and support a team of full-time employees.
- Ensure accurate and efficient completion of monitoring and recording activities.
- Capture content, data, and impact and write impactful reports concerning the service.
- Lead implementation monitoring and evaluation systems across the provision.

Remuneration Package:
- Salary: Band E £33,000 - £37,500 (Dependent on experience).
- Holidays: 33 days inclusive of 8 Bank Holidays (pro-rated).

Key responsibilities, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications:
- General: Provide day-to-day marketing and communications support to the wider organisation and to promote our programme delivery and our philanthropy advice offers.
- Web: Regularly review and update existing website content, including responding to requests from across the team.

This is a full-time (Monday - Friday working 9am - 5pm) position and with opportunities for hybrid working with some time each week in our office in central Devizes.
