Job description

We’re looking for a new Director of People and Operations who will be part of our senior leadership team.  This is a varied role, providing line management to our Ops team, being our HR lead as well as ensuring that our workplaces, ICT infrastructure, financial and business administration processes and marketing and communications all connect up in a coherent way so that everyone has a great experience of working with us – be that as members, stakeholders, employees or volunteers.
