Job description

Are you passionate about ending educational inequity for young people?

If so, Right to Succeed is looking for a committed and highly skilled fundraising professional for the exciting new position of Fundraising Reporting Manager. The post holder will play a pivotal role in supporting our plans to secure funding to roll out our work to more communities across the UK where young people experience educational disadvantages.

Right to Succeed is a fast-growing national charity, working to deliver place-based and educational change in the most disadvantaged communities. Together, alongside their local and national partners, Right to Succeed delivers coordinated, impactful programmes aimed at improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people, their families and wider communities. 

We are looking for a committed and highly skilled fundraising professional who will support the Head of Fundraising and will have extensive experience in:

  • maintaining excellent donor relations through arranging events and providing high-quality reporting

  • submitting fundraising applications and bid writing

  • researching and identifying fundraising opportunities

Right to Succeed is currently developing its impact monitoring, evaluation and reporting processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would enjoy taking an active role in improving and shaping the charity’s internal systems while making a real difference to the most disadvantaged young people in the country.
