The role:
The CEO will be expected to lead and coordinate an established team of full-time and part-time staff; manage the Church’s multifaceted stakeholder network; ensure close control and management of the Church’s resources; and represent the Church and its work to the two Inns and externally so that the Church can function effectively and plan confidently for the future. The CEO will also be responsible for the Church's sensitive commercial development through the Trust’s wholly-owned commercial subsidiary company.
What we need:
You will be an excellent leader with effective interpersonal skills. Your recent experience will be at the director level or equivalent in the third sector, public sector, military or commerce. You will have a proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to the leadership of an organisation similar in size and complexity to the Temple Church. Proven experience in managing and delivering projects and income generation is essential. You should demonstrate a commitment to learning and development and sympathy for the mission and values of the Church of England.

IRC Education Programming UK
IRC has been delivering education programmes in the UK since May 2022. This consists of the Healing Classrooms Programme (and its various iterations) and the Healing Spaces programme. The Healing Classrooms programme delivers trauma-informed training to schools and teachers to help them better support refugee and asylum-seeking students. The Healing Spaces programme is similar but provides training to volunteers and staff that support refugee and asylum-seeking youth outside of school settings.
The Purpose of the Role

The position reports to the Education Manager, UK. The position supervises the Education Officer. The Senior Education Officer also works closely with and receives technical guidance from RAI education technical units and the senior integration officer, as well as the grant management team.
Key Accountabilities
Programme design and delivery

Lead Healing Classrooms design processes that ensure programmes are aligned to IRC’s Outcomes to Evidence framework, evidence-based, and appropriate to context to maximize impact.

Lead on the delivery of all Healing Classrooms programmes, including in-person and online.

Take an innovative and leading role in creating resources and webpage updates.

Founded in 1960, The British Society for Haematology is a registered charity and professional membership body. The object of the Society is to advance the practice and study of haematology and to facilitate contact between persons interested in haematology. The Society has some 1,700 members consisting of doctors, scientists and nurses specialising in the field of haematology. The Society has the British Journal of Haematology as its official journal and offers a range of grants and scholarships for research.
Role Purpose
This role will be split between the Guidelines and Education teams.
The main role of the BSH Guidelines is to provide haematologists with up-to-date advice on the diagnosis and treatment of haematological disease and also on laboratory haematology practice, primarily by the production of evidence-based guidelines.
The overall purpose is to provide educational training to haematologists. Our activities include running up to 10 events and courses per year including our flagship Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) held in April. There are two committees that govern the outcomes of these events.
The Role
The role is to organise and liaise with the relevant personnel and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of BSH Guidelines and Education.
The post-holder is expected to work autonomously most of the time although the Senior Education Officer, Senior Guidelines Officer and Chairs of the relevant committees as well as the Guidelines Programme Manager will provide direction and advice as required.
The post-holder needs to comfortable requesting information from senior medical staff and chasing them if it is not forthcoming.

At Get Further we aim to open doors to opportunity for work and education for learners from disadvantaged backgrounds. The 50% of disadvantaged students who leave school each year without a grade 4 in English and maths are significantly more likely to be locked out of key opportunities in the world of work, apprenticeships and higher education. We support students to achieve these gateway qualifications second (third, or fourth) time around by matching them with highly qualified specialist English and maths tutors, who deliver our award winning, bespoke resit curriculum. Our programmes support students to achieve their qualifications, but also equip students with the knowledge, skills and confidence for learning beyond GCSEs.
Over the last three years, Get Further has experienced a period of rapid growth, increasing the number of students and colleges we work with, and expanding our central team. We are seeking to recruit a Fundraising Officer to work closely with our CEO, Sarah to support the long term sustainability of the charity by identifying and building relationships with potential funders, and submitting funding bids to secure a significant proportion of our income to help more students get further.
The Fundraising Officer will also collaborate with other members of the team to develop a supporter database, produce compelling and tailored funding applications, and contribute to performance analysis and report for our Board of Trustees.

Role description
As the Events and Partnerships Officer you’ll be responsible for developing and managing AMOSSHE’s events portfolio and building strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Event planning and execution:
o Organising in-person conferences, online events and webinars.
o Collaborating with external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
o Managing logistics, budgets, and participant engagement.
2. Partnership development:
o Identifying and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, speakers, and industry partners.
o Exploring sponsorship opportunities and securing funding for AMOSSHE events.
o Coordinating collaborative initiatives with partner organisations.

As a Partnerships Officer (PO) you will be responsible for providing support across our national partnership team. This team is responsible for developing and engaging our corporate, trust, school and individual supporters, helping Envision to grow with impact. This role will have a particular focus on the development of corporate partnerships which provide mentor teams to support our young people’s development and funding to support our own sustainability.
Working closely with the Director of People and Partnerships, Regional Managers, the Senior Partnerships Manager and another Partnerships Officer, you will provide research, administration, and business development across the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Partnerships Team in meeting income targets from diverse donor sources.
- Research and grow potential supporters across various donor types.
- Manage partnership records and serve as the primary contact for inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team.
- Uphold Envision’s values and be a role model for young people and volunteers.
- Ensure that all activity is delivered in line with Envision policies and procedures.
Essential Experience, Knowledge and Competencies:
- Experience of project management – highly organised, with the ability to manage your own time to meet deadlines
- Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external colleagues, partners and stakeholders – communicating effectively through written and verbal communication
- Experience of working within a fundraising capacity or generating new business – including desk research and self-generating new leads
- Commitment to Envision’s vision, mission and values and ability to work well in, and contribute to, our organisational culture

- Understanding of, and/ or lived experience of, the barriers that young people face, that contribute to the education and employment gap

As the right candidate for this role, you will have leadership and influencing skills within a range of audiences, strong verbal and written communication skills to include digital content and be able to work as part of a collaborative communications team.
