Can you offer you a listening ear, support and information to help others manage through the difficult times?

We have created a new and exciting role within our Safe Haven Team in Redditch. We looking to appoint a Senior Safe Haven Practitioner, working 24 hours per week.

The Safe Haven is based in Redditch town centre and provides emotional support to individuals who are experiencing high levels of mental health distress. The Safe Haven service is open Monday – Friday 6pm – 1am, Sat – Sun 9am – 1am 365 days of the year.

14 of the Senior Practitioner hours will be worked over 2 shifts.  The remaining 10 hours per week, will be spent supporting the Team Leader, taking responsibility for specific areas of work.  This will include, but not be limited to, inducting and training new staff, facilitating reflective practice sessions, taking responsibility for the signposting database and cleansing data on Charity Log.  There is no line management of staff in this post.
