The Peer Support Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of Day One's Peer Support Service. The primary objectives are to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to our beneficiaries; to develop our regional peer support model; and to facilitate a positive volunteering experience for our lived experience volunteer team. Responsibilities will include the day-to-day coordination of peer support activity. This will involve sensitive communication with trauma-affected individuals to understand their needs and preferences, using this information to facilitate suitable peer support matches.
The postholder will contribute to building a diverse volunteer team by supporting the volunteer recruitment and induction processes. They will offer ongoing support, guidance and motivation to our volunteers, ensuring meaningful opportunities to engage with Day One. The postholder will support the Peer Support Manger to conduct regular reviews with volunteers to gather feedback on their experiences as well as supporting their personal and professional development.
The Peer Support Co-ordinator will monitor service delivery and volunteer activity to ensure it is operating within agreed policies and processes. To ensure we can evidence the success and quality of the service, a key aspect of the role will involve keeping accurate records of interventions as well as collecting regular evaluation/impact data and personal case studies.

About the role
We’re recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to steer us in the next stage of our journey. This is an exciting development of an existing role at Overcoming MS and will allow the successful candidate to make the position their own.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering an innovative new digital marketing approach, through the innovation, creation and delivery of projects and activities which increase leads, donations and engagement for Overcoming MS charity.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will work across several areas, including:
1. Conversion optimisation
· Increasing our donations and data capture - to enable us to continue the dialogue and create donations from a greater percentage of those who visit our website, or interact with other digital channels.
· Working with our agency partner to optimise key landing pages and signposting for conversion.
2. User journey optimisation
· Helping people find the right content based on data optimisations so that more people find what they need and understand what else the charity could offer them. Using HotJar for insights.
· Automated email journeys - Building customer journeys to support the Program pillars to build deeper relationships with people in our community.
3. Increasing reach and traffic generation
· Testing different low-cost digital reach opportunities.
· Including paid social, referral activities, calls to action across our channels, YouTube SEO and SEM. Working with an agency to optimise journeys from Google Grant, leading to clearly articulated actions (eg donations, sign-ups, click-throughs).
4. Testing to improve results continually
· Email AB testing - Deliver AB testing to inform future email AB tests.
· Plan AB testing for email marketing projects, for the website, and other projects as needed to improve conversion rates.
5. Digital project management
· Testing new digital versions of courses and tools. Project management of website updates.
6. Campaign support
· Leading, innovating and supporting advocacy, communications and fundraising campaigns as needed to increase reach, engagement and conversions.
7. Gathering community feedback
· Continue the plan to access regular community feedback to influence Hub improvements and other digital channel improvements.
8. Supplier collaboration
· Working with our suppliers to optimise collaboration, reduce cost and increase impact.
About you
Strong digital skills
• A proven track record of managing digital products/projects/programmes which create value for end-users.

Due to the rapid expansion of Day One Trauma Support over the last three years, the charity’s infrastructure has needed to respond quickly to meet its changing demands. There is now a requirement to ensure that the Finance and Resources team has the right skill set and capacity to provide the support needed by the charity in an efficient and proactive way.
The HR Officer and Executive Assistant role is a newly created position to reflect both the growing HR needs of the charity as the workforce expands, and the executive support required by the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure the efficient and effective running of the charity. This is a key role which is instrumental in bringing the HR and organisational administration functions together at an operational level.
Reporting primarily to the Director of Finance and Resources and assisted by an external HR and Employment Law support service, this role will provide advice, guidance and support to all line managers in HR related matters whilst building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders throughout all levels of the organisation. ROLDA (Romanian League in Defence of Animals) is a small animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other animals in Romania and internationally. Since its establishment in 2006, ROLDA has become a beacon of hope for the millions of vulnerable stray animals in Romania – one of Europe's economically poorest nations. Our mission is to manage the homeless animal population, estimated to be millions, through six key focuses: rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Within our shelters, inspired by British kennel design and maintained to meet EU animal welfare standards, we can house up to 700 stray dogs at a time. Here, they receive complete veterinary care, rehabilitation, and preparation for rehoming. Since 2006, we have helped over 48,000 animals (primarily dogs and cats) and built two shelters for dogs and one for disabled and senior cats. We also distribute support, primarily through small grants, to six other charities in Romania and over 40 shelters in Ukraine. We rehome mainly in Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. In addition to our efforts in rescuing and rehoming animals, ROLDA tackles the root cause of Romania's homeless animals through comprehensive neutering programmes and educational initiatives. Colostomy UK is a national charity that offers support and advice to people who have had stoma surgery (ostomates) and to their friends, families and carers. Our projects empower ostomates to return to sports, hobbies and other activities after their surgery and give them the confidence to take on fresh challenges. About the role:
As the Volunteers and Support Administrator you will provide efficient administration to our support services and volunteer team. You will also undertake any admin duties involved with running the Colostomy UK office and support other members of the team. You will be answering and re-directing incoming calls on our stoma helpline. You won’t be providing support to callers; however you will need to have an empathetic approach whilst explaining that you will arrange a support call back from one of our volunteers. You will action calls that come through on our admin line and manage our central email inbox, ensuring requests are actioned promptly. You will organise volunteer rotas, help with onboarding our volunteers and organise incoming and outgoing post. The postholder will take minutes at meetings, ensure the office is kept tidy and co-ordinate stock delivery for events and exhibitions.
Our ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position is organized, efficient, and reliable, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently. They will possess excellent customer care skills, demonstrating a professional and empathetic telephone manner. Attention to detail is vital, along with strong time management abilities. The successful post holder will have effective verbal and written communication skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft programs and accurate data entry. About the Role:
This role is home-based with regular travel throughout the region. The Thames Valley Adult Victims Service will provide emotional and practical support to adult victims of any crime. Support will be delivered in an innovative manner primarily through specialist group work provision - alongside online and telephone caseworker support.

You will have 28 days of annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays.

Many of our roles involve working with children and we will therefore take up references prior to your appointment. We will also ask if you have been the subject of any child protection concerns and if so, the outcome of any enquiry or disciplinary procedure.
