The Impact Evaluation & Fundraising Manager is essential to delivering The Avenues Youth Project’s (AYP) financial targets by writing bids, measuring the impact of our work, and reporting back to funders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with the Chief Executive and Grants Funding Manager to match potential funders to forthcoming programmes.

Write applications to a selection of potential funders, developing relationships with grants managers.

Understand and communicate SLAs and design relevant data capture with our Programme Team.

Schedule all reporting requirements and ensure that donors are communicated with in a timely way, using their preferred methods.

Design data collection tools such as questionnaires, write and update monitoring and evaluation resources for our youth work team.

Analyse data and write into easy-to-understand reports.

Participate in budget meetings with the Programme Team and Finance Manager to ensure programme budgets are met.

Develop strong relationships with our partner organisations, collaborating on shared projects and attending meetings.

Take the lead role in ensuring the youthwork database (Plinth) is maintained and kept up to date, and reports are produced for CE and trustees.

Support the Fundraising Team on fundraising activities where necessary.
The job is not limited to the above duties, as the organisation develops and at different times of the year the priorities may shift leading to additional reasonable responsibilities as the role requires.

Job Summary
As Rose Voucher Project Officer, you will be working alongside the Southwark Rose Voucher Project Lead to forward the development of the Rose Voucher Project in Southwark. Job Summary
You will take a leading role in developing and strengthening the regional and sub-regional networks of BRM groups, organisations and individuals in London and South East – these networks will both benefit from and shape the work of TPWLSE. You will also focus on building and developing the capacity (knowledge, skills and expertise) of BRM-led organisations in the region to operate effectively and successfully. This work will be carried out via networking meetings, regional and sub-regional briefings, training, fact-finding/learning sessions, group support and individual one-to-one support sessions with BRM groups and organisations.

We seek to advance NSPCC's understanding of, and improve the evidence base around, the prevention of child abuse, and how best to support children who have experienced it. Our research is used to improve our work with children, families and communities, influence the development of policy and contribute to new NSPCC campaigns. This Learning, Monitoring and Evaluation (LME) Specialist is a key role for AmplifyChange. The person is responsible for measuring the impact of AmplifyChange’s work for internal and external use. The LME Specialist works closely with the senior management team, across AmplifyChange teams and with external consultants on implementing and contributing to the learning, monitoring and evaluation aspects of our strategy. The LME Specialist will have the skills to measure the impact of advocacy work of sexual and reproductive health and rights - both long-term impact and intermediate outcomes. The role has responsibility for preparing monitoring and impact reports for AmplifyChange’s leadership team, board and external stakeholders. The postholder will prepare, analyse and approve the organisation’s regular use of high-quality data – both qualitative and quantitative - and support grantee partners’ reporting processes. The role plays an important part in monitoring the overall grants portfolio and informing the learning agenda of AmplifyChange. Finally, the role also plays a key part in the grant application moderation rounds.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring the impact of AmplifyChange
• Producing a range of regular reports based on data analysis including on AmplifyChange metrics and results framework across our three delivery streams (which are grant making, organisational strengthening and building mutual support in the movement), as well as case studies from the grants portfolio
• Developing and monitoring the results framework for the strategy for 2026-2030
• Analysing indicators, milestones, and other quantitative and qualitative data collected from grantee partners. Compiling data and generating aggregate results for internal and external purposes as needed
• Developing a framework for long-term impact, and for intermediate outcomes, to describe and measure the results of AmplifyChange’s support to grantees
• Extracting and analysing grantee progress reports to report on AmplifyChange’s overall progress against each core indicator in the results framework
• Commissioning external evaluators to support the independent impact analysis
• Developing and analysing grant application data and other feedback mechanisms continuously to improve AmplifyChange support of grantee partners and collaboration with the Head of Grant Making
Governance and decision-making
• Preparing and contributing to the development of decision-making papers and impact updates for our Board

REPORTING AND ORGANISATION
This is a full-time position at 37.5 hours per week, reporting to the Head of Learning, Impact and Partnership.

About The Hygiene Bank
Hygiene poverty is not being able to afford many of the everyday hygiene and personal grooming products most of us take for granted. The reality of low income is that it restricts people’s options, leaving us caught between being able to heat our homes, pay the rent, eat, or be clean. It is washing hair, bodies, faces and clothes in the same cheap washing up liquid used for the dishes. It is not being able to replace a toothbrush when needed or sharing a toothbrush because one each just isn't an option. It is having to choose between shaving foam and razors or the transport fare to a job interview.
Hygiene Poverty is the hidden crisis facing the UK. In 2022, The Hygiene Bank published groundbreaking research into the incidence and impact of hygiene poverty. It found that over 3.1 million adults across the country are currently experiencing hygiene poverty and that it is both alarmingly widespread, increasing and disproportionately impacts the most vulnerable. It stops people from participating in society, feeds the mental health crisis and blocks routes out of poverty. It is simply unjust.

Job Description
The Fundraising Officer will be a key member of The Hygiene Bank’s income generation and wider team, with a responsibility to help fulfil the charity’s fundraising plans.
