About the Role
An experienced Relationship Builder, you’ll represent the Charity with our national partners and licensees, ensuring we build strong and lasting relationships. You will work collaboratively across Help for Heroes, building relationships to take a holistic approach to relationship management, maximising all opportunities. You will develop and fulfil robust stewardship plans, identifying opportunities for growth, stewarding partners to increased and continued support of our work. You will also take a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities, developing creative propositions and bringing in additional income.
About the Team
A key member of the Corporate Partnerships team, which is a part of the High Value Partnership team, Commercial Directorate. You will be joining the team at an exciting time for growth and this role will play an integral part in our strategy building on our successful existing corporate partnerships. The Partnerships team are based across the UK, working remotely but with regular opportunities for face to face meetings with the team, partners and beneficiaries. You will be managing an established income stream that raises important core and project funding for Willen Hospice. Community Fundraising Officer – Temporary Position from May 24 for 6 months (£24-25k)

Why join the UK Sepsis Trust (UKST)? Because there’s an exciting opportunity to work for a significant cause and help build its sustainable future. We’re building our new fundraising team and this temporary role will play an important part in accelerating our ambitious plans to increase annual income during 2024/25.
You will become the fourth member of the Fundraising Team (there are 3 full time staff) and will help to support the fundraising team.
Sepsis is the immune system’s overreaction to an infection or injury. There are over 245,000 cases each year in the UK with approximately 48,000 deaths. UKST aims to reduce preventable deaths from this ‘killer’ condition. We achieve this by:
· Raising awareness
· Supporting those affected by sepsis
· Educating health professionals
· Lobbying political organisations for better sepsis and severe infection care
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver supporter journeys i.e. fundraising resources and stewardship communications to maximise supporter numbers, retention and engagement.
2. Use UKST’s CRM system (Raiser’s Edge) to accurately capture fundraiser information and key data contributing to the improved development and implementation of fundraising processes.
3. Communicate proactively and effectively with team members to pass on all relevant information, deliver excellent supporter care and to maximise fundraising opportunities.
4. Provide excellent customer service members of the public, either via phone, mail and in person, help to develop Fundraising activity whilst also offering our Support Services where necessary.
5. Represent the charity as and when required in schools, local businesses, and community groups, including speaking at events if – not essential
6. Keep up to date with best practice in fundraising and ensure compliance with the latest legislation and guidelines.
7. Assist in prioritising & managing enquiries about our Community Fundraising Programme via our dedicated inboxes.
8. Work collaboratively with the fundraising team and our Communications and Marketing Team to ensure maximum press and social media coverage is obtained for UKST’s community fundraising activities.
Day to day activities will include:
1. Managing an inbox and replying to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
1. Problem solving for fundraisers – finding the optimum way they can achieve their goals
2. Support the Event Team Lead with sending out merchandise
2. Download Giving reports and send thank yous to donors and fundraisers
3. Record Supporter details on CRM
4. Cover for holiday periods and manage an inbox in their absence
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. Experience of working in fundraising in a UK registered charity
2. Experience of donor relationship management using a fundraising CRM.
3. An understanding of community fundraising.
4. A proven track record of working effectively in a team.

An exciting opportunity has come up to join the Community Fundraising team at Cystic Fibrosis Trust. You will be joining a dynamic community fundraising team at an exciting period of growth in our fundraising programme. You will work along side the Community Development and Fundraising Manager and the Digital and Social Community Fundraiser and be responsible for providing a high level of administrative and triage support for Community Fundraising activity, with specific responsibility for accurate data inputting and exceptional initial stewardship of community fundraising supporters.
Our current fundraising activities vary to include a wide range of supporter led events (Team CF [1]), ranging from football tournaments to bake sales, silent discos, balls and more. The Community Fundraising team all work from home and regularly keep in touch with weekly online team meetings, individual catchups as required, as well as in person meetings throughout the year. Typical responsibilities in the role are:
- To triage and respond to incoming enquiries, material requests and bookings via phone & email, efficiently and accurately.
- To ensure the management of accurate supporter records/bookings for key community events using third party external sites such as Enthuse to support this
- Engage with fundraising supporters and potential supporters to deliver exceptional stewardship and understanding people’s needs and challenges

Since 2013, Arts Emergency has been providing 16-25 year olds in London, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and beyond with a trained mentor working in their field of interest. Mentors help Young Talent set goals, explore their passions and make decisions about higher education, training and careers. After they complete a year of mentoring, Young Talent can continue to access opportunities, advice, resources and paid work from the Arts Emergency Network until they turn 26. This is an exciting new role in our growing Fundraising Marketing Team. As Alzheimer’s Society is a growing charity with ambitious goals, we are looking for someone who is passionate about data insight and creating impactful supporter journeys
As the successful candidate, you will be the driving force behind planning supporter journeys across the Income and Engagement directorate. You will help identify the next best ask for supporters interested Events, Legacies, Cause, Prize, and more. Rowan Alba works to end homelessness in Edinburgh by providing permanent supported homes and building relationships with individuals in crisis. We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident communicator for the new role of Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager to increase awareness of our work and develop new funding streams from individual, community and corporate partnerships.
You will be a creative, organised and motivated individual with a positive track record in working independently to develop corporate and community funder relationships.
Working alongside our Communications Manager, Trusts and Grants Fundraising Manager and Leadership Team you will develop an engagement strategy to help increase awareness of our work and raise vital funds to support our organisational development including the creation of new permanent homes for individuals with long-term experience of homelessness.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing corporate partners

This is an exciting opportunity to join the myaware team as a full-time Events Fundraiser to manage, develop and deliver myaware events and support our in aid of fundraisers.
The role
As Events Fundraiser you will manage and develop myaware’s events portfolio and support in aid of fundraisers. You will also be responsible for managing fundraising volunteers and volunteer fundraising groups. Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year experience gained in a fundraising role within a charity, with demonstrable experience of income growth and the ability to meet and exceed income targets. Experience of working with and managing volunteers is essential.

You must be well organised and efficient, with IT skills and experience of using a work-related database or CRM system. Myaware is the only charity in the UK dedicated solely to the care and support of people affected by myasthenia.
We are working hard to raise awareness of myasthenia, as it is a little-known condition. We provide support for people with myasthenia and their families, whilst offering advice and tips for living with the condition.
We also fund the research that brings us closer to finding a cure as well as funding specialists nurses and advisors.
