The role
As Digital and Social Media Executive, you’ll have a broad and varied role, working with our Marketing and Digital Manager to develop and implement our digital and social media strategy at a critical time for the Football Foundation and for grassroots sports. Working within the Brand, Marketing and Communications Team, you’ll manage and maintain all our digital and social media channels and support the Marketing and Digital Manager in briefing agencies to create engaging content for our channels.
You’ll work with the wider team to plan impactful campaigns, and deliver the digital and social media elements and any email/CRM campaigns. You’ll also produce campaign analysis reports, including your insight, analytics and recommendations. Due to the breadth of the role and the variety of the projects, you can expect it to be an exciting role, with no two days the same.

What are we looking for?
We’d love to hear from you if you have extensive experience in a Digital Marketing role, with experience of delivering digital and social media campaigns. You’ll be knowledgeable and up to date on industry trends, with an understanding of how to use marketing techniques to increase the visibility, profile, and reputation of an organisation.
You’ll be really creative, but you’ll also be organised, flexible, able to manage competing demands, and be confident managing a diverse portfolio of projects. You’ll also have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of people.

What can we offer you?
The salary band for this role is £35,000 - £39,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
You’ll start on 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (which increases after 2 years), plus additional time off to volunteer. About the role
The London Library is looking for an Acquisitions and Discovery Assistant to assist in the acquisition and management of Library E-resources and print resources.
The role includes supporting the successful acquisition and seamless delivery of electronic resources to library users, utilising and maintaining relevant library systems and records; assisting purchasing decisions and supporting licensing, ordering and payment processes; verifying access, liaising with suppliers & Library IT, and ensuring correct metadata is presented to users; plus monitoring resource use and collecting data for the evaluation of subscriptions. For a small but vital refugee charity, we are recruiting an Interim Head of Finance for 3 + months, starting ASAP. Reporting to the CEO, the main accountabilities will focus on providing insightful monthly management accounts and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and Trustees / Board, and to ensure the correct allocation of expenditure to a high number of grant funds. Main Duties:
- Produce regular management accounts and financial reporting

- Lead and review budgeting, reforecasting and cashflow management

Office Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
The Office Coordinator position is responsible for the general day-to-day operations of the London, UK office. Due to the nature of this position, work must generally be performed within a 30 hours / week timeframe (M-Fri). This role is an in-office role.

You will work at the heart of the organisation, and across different teams, to play a pivotal role in ensuring HMSC is able to assist hundreds of migrants approaching the service every year.

About you
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is confident in being able to provide office operations and finance administrative support to the Society and to the CEO.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning how a charity runs, with lots of scope for development.
- You will be working with a wide variety of people and you will need to be a confident communicator through phone, email, and in person.
- You will need to have good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn our IT processes.
- You will have some previous experience in customer service or administration, and have strong attention to detail.
- You may have some finance experience, have a bachelors degree or equivalent, or have worked in a charity, however, these are not essential requirements and training will be provided in all areas of the role.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of People, and with support from the Sustainability & Finance Officer, some of the responsibilities of the Office & Finance Assistant are to:
- Be the first point of contact for visitors to our office, and administer the hello@ email.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive
- Administer day-to-day financial processes and the accounts@ email, helping staff with their finance queries.
- Take minutes during key strategic meetings
- Provide administrative support in office operations
- Meet and greet visitors for business meetings, prepare meeting
rooms where necessary, and support our in-office events. - Contribute to our well-being activity schedule, supporting the team
in organising staff outings and activities.
