Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Contract length: 12 month fixed-term contract

Location: Stratford, London

Are you an experienced in project and operations functions who can help us deliver the UK's fastest growing televised fundraising campaign - Stand Up To Cancer? Are you a confident professional who is passionate about delivering projects and operations, with experience in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment?

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to...

  • Implement operational and technical solutions to enable fundraising and event delivery
  • Manage the implementation of reporting and income tracking solutions
  • Facilitate and encourage workshops and decision making to shape fundraising activities within the Stand Up To Cancer portfolio
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver specific projects within the SU2C portfolio, managing requirements, plans, risks and issues
  • Constructively challenge teams to encourage continuous process innovation and improvement
  • Build excellent working relationships with internal teams and external partners and suppliers.

Stand Up To Cancer, delivered in partnership with Channel 4, is the fastest-growing independent televised fundraising campaign in the UK. Now we need a Project & Operations Manager to lead on operational activities and specific projects required to deliver SU2C across various workstreams, including partnerships, marketing & PR, events, talent and technology.

  • Experience implementing operational and technical solutions to enable project delivery
  • Ability to manage external partners and suppliers with confidence, including contract management
  • Ability to enable collaboration between different teams and disciplines and bring them together
  • Experience working with some ambiguity, and facilitating discussion to enable decision making
  • Proven experience leading projects involving considerable investment, complexity and diverse stakeholders
  • Flexible, collaborative, proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
