This is a great opportunity to take forward and enhance the finance function of this young, £1.2m turnover organisation: you will manage and deliver on the April audit for the group’s 2020 financial statements, you will embed new processes for closing the month in the accounting system (Xero), and you will deliver the monthly management accounts for the Leadership Team.  You will also dive into the restricted funds of the charity, streamlining processes between Xero and the fundraising system (Salesforce) to ensure regular income reconciliations are completed and no double-funding occurs, and you will be responsible for grant reporting during the interim period.
