As such they are currently looking for an interim Finance Transformation Consultant to lead on a programme of improvement across their accounting function. Key deliverables being process efficiency and a greater input and influence in the wider business.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the Finance Director in setting up the finance transformation programme, including sequencing enablers, improvement initiatives and managing any high level dependencies.
- Produce, implement and regularly report on project progress against delivery plan.
- Review and document existing finance business processes, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing finance processes and potential solutions for discussion and agreement.

The International Society for Influenza and Other Respiratory Virus Diseases (ISIRV) is an independent scientific membership-based society promoting the prevention, detection, treatment, and control of influenza and other respiratory virus diseases since 2005. It is managed by a group of scientists (volunteers) and supported by a few freelance contractors.
ISIRV has reached an exciting stage of development and we are now looking for an experienced, qualified Finance Manager (CCAB or equivalent), to guide and support the Society through this next phase of growth. This is very much a hands-on role in a small company context, from grass roots to the executive level. Key responsibilities
Working alongside ISIRV’s Treasurer, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the Society’s strategic and operational budgeting, financial planning, monitoring and control. The post holder will manage available financial resources to support the strategic goals of the Society, enabling future development and growth, whilst ensuring business continuity.
The post-holder will also have full operational oversight to support the life cycle of ISIRV scientific events, from budgets and final reporting, to negotiating contracts and managing cashflow.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Create and agree a financial strategy for the Society to support the strategic goals and provide financial input when required.
- Monitoring and reporting budgeted, actual, and forecast costs against agreed plans.
- Management accounts and reporting to meet the needs of the Directors/Trustees, Executive Committee and ISIRV Council.
- Manage financial risk and report on performance of the financial assets of the society, including the investments portfolio.
- General finance administration – online payments, invoicing, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and data collection (QuickBooks).

We are looking for someone who will drive the BHMA into a new phase of growth. Someone with passion and dedication who will believe in our purpose and help us achieve this. How we work

We are looking to recruit a bilingual, French and English speaking, Grants Officer to join our dynamic team of dedicated sexual and reproductive health and rights specialists. The Grants Officer provides support to the Grants Support Team and Grants Operations Manager across a portfolio of grants, ensuring grants move efficiently and in a timely manner through the grant management cycle. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The role is a Bath-based position and will work closely with team members in the UK and overseas, including our Grants Support Team, our Finance Team and our Fiduciary Risk Team.
Main responsibilities
· Using our online Grants Management System Fluxx, oversee a portfolio of grants through a grant implementation process from grant set up through to grant closure, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
· Act as the operational focal person for grantees and provide support throughout the grant cycle on contractual, operational and reporting matters, drawing on and coordinating expertise from the Grants Managers and Fiduciary Risk Team (FRT)
· Provide support in the preparation and implementation of new grant calls, and support the selection and Due Diligence process when necessary, responding to all applicants whether successful or unsuccessful
· Regularly monitor the completion of pre-contracting conditions by grantees, and obtain appropriate sign-off internally
· Coordinate, draft and issue Grant Agreements and Addendums using our online system
· Provide regular and up-to-date information to operational management by tracking and monitoring grants, and sharing best practice and lessons learned across the portfolio of grants with other staff members and stakeholders
· Track grantee reporting deadlines, supporting timely report submission by grantees

This is a UK based, full time (37.5 hours/week) permanent position, reporting to the Grants Operations Manager. AmplifyChange is based in Bath, and we operate on a hybrid working model. Grassroot Soccer (GRS) is a rapidly growing adolescent health organization that leverages the power of soccer to educate, inspire, and mobilize at-risk youth in developing countries to overcome their greatest health challenges, live healthier, more productive lives, and be agents for change in their communities. Since 2002, GRS programs have reached 13 million young people in over 60 countries with life-saving HIV prevention and sexual and reproductive health information and services. Grassroot Soccer is looking to continue scaling its impact via partnerships over the next five years.
The Grassroot Soccer Partnerships (GP) team stewards GRS relationships with a wide range of partner organizations globally. Reporting to the Head of Financial Accounting, Treasury and Finance Systems, you will manage a small team and will ensure that all matters relating to income and capital accounting are carried out in a timely and accurate manner communicating with NHSE and DOH to ensure all information meets appropriate standards.
