This fundraiser will work closely with senior academics in the Humanities Division. The post will focus primarily on funding for posts, scholarships and access and outreach in the academic faculties as well as securing support for the activities of the Cultural Programme and Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities. An interest and appreciation for the arts and humanities is essential.

We are looking for a confident and driven marketer who is eager to join a hard-working and ambitious direct marketing team. Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Campaign Management
· Plan, manage and deliver successful campaigns across a range of channels including face-to-face, digital and print.

The Role:
Hospice UK has an exciting new fundraising strategy with a focus on digital fundraising and supporter journeys. The team’s focus is on raising funds from individuals through challenge and special events, digital fundraising, giving in memory, legacy giving, regular and payroll giving and one off donations.

Purpose of role

- Work with relevant colleagues to deliver a new strategy and plan which prioritises deepening and strengthening existing relationships and building a strong pipeline of new prospects to deliver multi-year funding from major donors, high profile supporters, trusts, foundations, and companies.
- Lead the adoption and use of a newly installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM to effectively support data-driven decision making and relationship management to generate supporter insights in support of increased fundraising.
- With the CEO and SMT, agree and invest in a scaled-up approach to fundraising internationally.
Brand and Marketing
- Working in collaboration with the Director of Advocacy and Communications, lead the development and delivery of an integrated marketing and communications strategy that is driven by audience insight.

The Senior Digital Marketing Officer role is part of the newly created Digital Engagement team working to deliver exceptional digital activity that delivers against organisational objectives.
You will work on digital campaigns across email, organic social and paid digital marketing channels, including PPC and social media. This role will be vital in setting up a new digital hub of expertise within the organisation and helping to drive forward the best use of digital channels.
