About the Role:
This role is home-based with regular travel throughout the region. The Thames Valley Adult Victims Service will provide emotional and practical support to adult victims of any crime. Support will be delivered in an innovative manner primarily through specialist group work provision - alongside online and telephone caseworker support.
As the Operations Manager for the new Thames Valley Adults Victim Service you will be responsible for the implementation, development and the ongoing delivery of a high performing service through excellent operational management and supervision of people and resources.
You will ensure the team delivers individual, tailored support for adult victims of any crime primarily through group and peer support with the option of individual casework support where this is appropriate for the victim.
You will work closely and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley, Thames Valley Police, criminal justice agencies as well as other statutory agencies and third sector organisations across the Thames Valley.
You will be the nominated deputy for the Area Manager covering Thames Valley and this will include assisting the Area Manager in monthly/quarterly reporting and attending monitoring meetings with the PCC office.
Your will provide direct line management to the Victim Awareness Officer who will play a key role in planning & delivering training and raising awareness of activities. You will support them in the recruitment & development of an active cohort of volunteers performing the roles of Criminal Justice and Engagement Champions.
As part of your role you will ensure victim voices and experiences are listened and responded to in and beyond the criminal justice system.

Role Summary
This role, based in Scotland (working remotely) , is crucial in driving forward support for, engagement with, and coordination of high-quality and high-impact multi-day work experiences for high-need young people across the UK. Experts in the coordination and delivery of multi-day work experiences, working closely with UK-wide employers and education establishments in Scotland.
The starting salary for this role is £30216, rising to £32706 after a suucessful year in role.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Strategic purpose:
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Experience opportunities from initial programme scoping with non-income generating employers to securing commitments, monitoring young person applications, programme design and implementation, and employer follow up.
- Nurturing relationships with existing schools and colleges in Scotland and onboarding new establishments
Employer Engagement:
- Responsible for account management of corporate partnerships as agreed by the development team
- Securing commitment from employers to deliver multi-day work experience opportunities.
- Account management for employers throughout their work experience journey.
- Supporting the account management of corporate partners by delivering on their work experience programmes as agreed by the business development team and coordinating with other programme teams to ensure committed delivery takes place.
- Training employers to use SfS products in the coordination and delivery of their placements, including but not limited to Portal and Google Classroom.
- Working closely with Delivery Partners to ensure seamless delivery of work experience opportunities.
- Leading on all employer engagement and meetings with your dedicated accounts.
- Developing and disseminating impact reports to employers at the end of their contract and in line with impact and evaluation framework.
- Working closely with Education team to ensure school engagement in areas of work experience activity and in line with charity’s target areas.
School Engagement:
- Training and supporting users to maximise the opportunity to their students accessing our programmes through our platform
- Delivering training sessions to schools and colleges on our programmes and building on engagement in Scotland.
- Building partnerships as determined by national education strategy to maximise our impact.
- Developing long-standing relationships with school and college contacts to enable engagement in and implementation of our product offer.

As Project Support Officer you will support the Northern Area Manager and Regional Manager with volunteer recruitment, documentation of training (such as DBS, references, Food Safety Level 2, First Aid), giving our volunteers a fantastic experience, guest outreach and giving extra support to our Yorkshire & The Humber projects to aid development and growth within the region.

Your purpose
This year Voice 21 are recruiting to a newly formed Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs department to help address these challenges. As Campaigns Manager, you will support the Head of Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs to make oracy education ordinary, co-ordinating and project managing communications campaigns as well as leading content delivery. MAIN DUTIES
1.Providing operational support to Business Development Manager, including taking telephone enquiries from clients and arranging sales consultations. Supporting the Business Development Manager with sales consultations during holidays and at peak periods.

7.Maintaining good communication with colleagues in the Information and Advice team to facilitate the smooth transfer of prospective clients from an advice call to a paid service consultation.

9.Keeping sales data software up to date and producing monthly sales reports for Managing Director.

Background Information
NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) is the name given to a package of healthcare that some people need to receive due to disability, accident or illness. About the role
Predominantly delivering online courses you will often be the first member of the team our volunteers meet and will give them a friendly and informative introduction to Coram Beanstalk. Sitting within our small training team, you will play a role in developing our ongoing learning and development offer for volunteers, secondary pupils and other external groups. You will input into training reviews and support the maintenance and development of our materials, resources and content for training and other external channels.
As a key member of the team, you will have a genuine interest in reading for pleasure and maintain your own knowledge by keeping abreast of the latest developments and trends to maintain and promote the credibility and reputation of our work.
