Over 3 million people across the world live with undiagnosed leprosy, even though early treatment can prevent permanent disability. Since Lepra was formed almost 100 years ago, we have reached millions of people through health treatment, education and awareness raising of leprosy and other neglected diseases. We were the first to trial drug treatments for leprosy, and, by seeking out those who would not otherwise be diagnosed, we are able to prevent long-term disability in those suffering with the condition. Today Lepra works in India and Bangladesh, providing treatment, support, training and strengthening health systems. In addition you will identify trends, ensure impact measurement for all programmes and represent Lepra in international and national networks and events to raise the profile of the organisation and deliver on advocacy priorities and strategies.

Background
The Resilient Water Accelerator (RWA) is a new multi-stakeholder partnership that aims to boost climate finance to build the climate resilience of 50 million vulnerable people living in water-stressed areas by 2030. The Accelerator will enable climate vulnerable communities to secure clean and reliable water resources and services by helping design comprehensive climate-resilient water security programmes and unlock new sources of financing.
