Reporting to the Head of Programme – Individuals, this vital Grants Manager post will work specifically on PHF’s Ideas and Pioneers Fund, involved in designing the way the Fund operates, supporting implementation and process development ahead of its re-opening (mid-2024). Once the Fund opens, the Grants Manager will take the lead on assessing applications and supporting pioneers to ensure their ideas have the best conditions to thrive. The postholder will work to build effective relationships across the organisation, and actively uphold the Foundations diversity, equity, and inclusion work.
To be successful, you will have strong project management skills, with an ability to manage a varied workload. The ideal candidate will have previous grant-making experience, with it desirable to be in the field of social-justice and/or those have historically overlooked by funders. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with a range of different stakeholders. Finally, you will be committed to equitable grant-making and the Foundations values of being an anti-racist funder.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Grants and Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the Grants Programme of ProVeg International and leading the activities and staff within the ProVeg International Grants team. You will ensure the global grantmaking of ProVeg International aligns with its mission and goals, while also engaging with key players in the global plant-based movement, and raising funds for the Grants programme and other movement-building activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grants Programme :

Team-lead for ProVeg Grants team, including direct line management of Grants Programme Manager.

We’re looking for a motivated Grants and Administration Officer. We are happy to consider someone who is newer to grant-making but with deep experience of the charitable sector. We will be looking for someone with aptitude for the duties below who will be able to work independently following training where needed. Alternatively, we would be open to a candidate with experience of grant management who can hit the ground running. The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
The role is split between grants assessment and management and providing administrative support to the team. A more detailed outline of the duties can be found below. Grants assessment and management:
• Process grant applications. This includes:

The Programme Manager role is responsible for developing strategies within our healthcare funding areas and looking after a large, diverse and varied portfolio of grants. The Department is responsible for ensuring charitable funding supports the highest quality projects within our funding priority areas of: research; patient and family experience; technology and medical equipment; hospital staff support; education; and environment (through supporting redevelopment projects and capital builds). The department is also responsible for monitoring and evaluating funded projects to ensure greatest impact, and providing support to fundraising teams with information on the projects the charity funds.
About You
You will have extensive healthcare, scientific and /or research management experience and be confident operating independently to develop and take projects forward. You will also develop excellent working relationships with senior external and internal stakeholders at the hospital, UCL Institute of Child Health and across the Charity.

We are medical experts applying our skills and knowledge to make a difference in the world. We bring together the global community of medical imaging professionals to make the case for diagnostic imaging.
Since 2017, Worldwide Radiology has been steadily growing from a small group of founding UK radiologists with experience of working in limited resource settings to an international team of around 50 long-term volunteers from a range of different imaging and clinical backgrounds.
We support the development of appropriate, high quality imaging services in low and middle income countries; from central teaching hospitals to remote district clinics. Overview
The Programme Manager role will be crucial to the success and development of the charity. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of 3+ Worldwide Radiology projects, operating across Malawi, Ghana and The Gambia.
The Programme Manager will be responsible for quickly grasping the needs of three ongoing projects, steering them toward desired impact, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and managing risks effectively to bring these projects into shape.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with key stakeholders, including our volunteers, partners and donors to build and nurture strong working relationships.

Role Description
This new role of Programme Officer (Social Change) will play an integral part in ensuring our grant making has the best possible impact. Administering grant processes:
· Working with the Programme Manager (Social Change) to update application and guidance forms for each funding round
